管道穿樓板防水處理穿過防水層的管道四周找平層應按規范要求施工，與基層交接處預留凹槽，填密封油膏，再將管道四周除銹、打光、然后在管口四周300mm范圍內及管面100mm高范圍內做聚氨脂防水附加層一道。八、成品保護措施成品保護是防水工程成敗的關鍵，為確保防水工程達到理想的效果，對于成品保護必須特別注意：1、在防水層施工中或防水層已完成而保護層未完成時，是成品保護的最關鍵時期。在此其間，嚴禁任何無56、關人員進入現場，嚴禁穿帶鐵釘、鐵掌的鞋進入現場，以免扎傷防水層。必須的人員、物料進入，必須遵守輕拿輕放的原則，嚴禁尖銳物體撞擊扎傷防水層。2、在保護層完成之前，其它工序的工人未經允許，嚴禁進入防水施工現場。3、防水層施工完畢后，嚴禁在防水層上隨意開洞或鉆孔安裝機器設備。如不得已必須在防水層上開洞、鉆孔的，必須先征得防水公司同意，并安排妥善的修補工作。4、落水口處應經常清理，以免堵塞，造成排水不暢，以減少防水層的壓力。5、在使用過程中，如發現防水層遭到破損，應盡快通知有關方面及時安排維修。6、穿過墻體的管根，施工中不得碰撞變位。7、防水層施工完成后，應及時做好保護層、保護墻。九、安全保證及文明施57、工措施1、“安全生產，預防為主”是施工現場的基本方針。嚴格執行國家有關安全生產的規定，按照“建設工程施工現場管理規定”實施細則執行。2、認真貫徹安全生產防火制度。防水材料是易燃品，要設防火標志，施工現場要建立用火申請制度。3、不得在雨天或三級以上大風條件下進行外墻防水施工。4、所有操作人員要穿統一服裝，服裝要有明顯的標志。5、全體現場施工人員必須衣著整齊，不得赤膊、穿背心、穿拖鞋開工，不得抽煙、講粗話、隨地吐痰、隨地大小便等。十、質量保證措施1、嚴格按照操作規程、技術方案施工，對施工過程中出現的技術問題及時處理，嚴格把好質量關。2、所有進場的防水材料，必須有檢驗合格證、產品檢驗證。3、大面積施58、工應先做樣板，待建設單位認可后才能大面積施工。4、設專人負責技術工作，確保涂刮環節或噴灑環節操作質量，發現問題及時處理。5、施工完的防水層，表面不得脫落、開裂、起鼓等現象。6、節點密封嚴密，做法符合施工組織設計要求。7、防水工程驗收，其中“保證項目，檢查項目，實測項目”必須嚴格按照技術規程要求進行驗收。8、防水工程完畢后，應將防水資料整理成冊，裝檔移交建設單位存檔。十一、工程維護及回訪本公司承諾，講信譽，信守合同，工程質量實行五年保證期制度。在保證期內每年雨季對工程進行回訪。如有問題，及時處理，同時也要求建設單位建立制度，專人管理，合理使用，防止人為的造成破損和滲漏，減少不應有的經濟損失。第
