1、地塊導則 PARCEL GUIDELINES 0617 DRAFT 導則 INTRODUCTION 導則對象 Audience 本設計導則是對總體規劃的補充。 本導則的對象包括： 規劃師； 建筑師； 景觀建筑師； 工程師； 開發商； 其他參與CBD項目設計， 實施， 管理的個體。 所有對象應結合總體規劃貫徹執行本設計導則， 力求達到本文規定的標準， 協調 各開發項目的建設， 使濟南核心商務區成為一個充滿活力的21世紀CBD范本。 These Design Guidelines are intended to be used in conjunction with the Jinan Centr2、al Business District Urban Design Plan (the Master Plan report). The audience of this report includes: Planners; Architects; Landscape architects; Engineers; Developers; Other entities involved in the design, implementation, administration of projects within the CBD. Together with the Master Plan re3、port, these Design Guidelines shall be used by the audiences listed above. The design requirements identified within this report should be followed by each design team with the intention of achieving the specified criteria and coordinating independent development projects. 導則執行方法 Guidelines Enforcement 本導則將由濟南規劃局負責執行及實施。 濟南市規劃局可指定代表確保和推進 導則的實施和執行。 濟南市規劃局應監督該規劃導則的執行。 規劃局應確保所有CBD項目的參與方 均能獲得此導則報告。 該導
