414 hectares,and extendsnorth-south from Hongli Road to Binhe Road,and east-13、west from Xinzhou Road to Caitian Road.Shennan Boulevard bisects the Central District and includes an extensive linear open space corridor.The current planning scheme anticipates approximately 8 million square meters of mixed-use development.Existing development is typically high density,with two co14、rridors of
