Ocean Spring Resort is to maximize the beauty,versatility and impact of the sites two most significant assets;1 the generous and readily available water supply and 2,the 24 metre high hill.Our design begins therefore by turning the hill into a large island that will 9、serve as the central feature of the entire park.In each zone of the park the visitors view of this island will be customized to reflect that zones particular theme.A tropical lagoon,sculpted into the landscape of each zone,surrounds this island,enabling the use of water,first,as a key feature of a z10、ones design and then its
