both Park and Plaza,axis and centre point.The design is a metaphor of human flouri26、shing with a series of concentric circles representing self(centre point),family,community,society,nation,world and cosmos(outer circle).Within each circle gardens and plazas create local,international and universal appeal.Within the National circle the names of all cities on the Grand Canal are cre27、ated with a
