1、佛山嶺南天地 Foshan LingNan TianDi 項目簡介 | Project Brief “佛山嶺南天地”榮獲2019城市土地學會國際卓越獎，是中國獨特的城市更新項目，在同類項目中首屈一指。建筑保留了19世紀中葉傳統的嶺南特色，磚石巷道縱橫交錯，景觀環境體現了宜人的室內外空間尺度關系。陶瓷的質地及顏色，本土植栽的選擇及水景中當地材料的運用，無不體現了老東華里真正的場所精神。這一耗資3億美金、取得巨大商業成功的項目彰顯了現代化中國大都市的形象：充滿活力的特色步行街區，其藝術感構建于本土時空之上。 Foshan Lingnan Tiandi, 2019 ULI International2、 Award for Excellence winner is a unique urban renewal development in Foshan China and considered one of the first examples of place making districts of its kind. Composed of reconstituted traditional mid-19th century classical Lingnan architecture with narrow alleys of brick and stone, boutique boo3、kstores, cafes, restaurants and art galleries have a very strong indoor/outdoor relationship that has had a positive impact on development in China.
