Article12、 46th一、工程概況 淮南康城房地產有限公司擬在淮南市蔡家崗夏郢孜路與謝李路交叉口東北側興建“熙城春天一期”, A號、C號、4號、3#樓四棟樓高層設一層地下室?;由疃葧憾?.5米。根據施工現場實際情況,A號樓和4號樓采用部分土釘墻支護技術和掛鐵絲網噴漿防護措施對基坑邊坡進行保護,3號樓東側采用部分預應力土釘墻支護技術和掛鐵絲網噴漿防護措施對基坑邊坡進行保護,C號樓采用掛鐵絲網噴漿防護措施對基坑邊坡進行保護。為防止周邊構筑物隨著地基的開挖出現事故問題,確保周邊的安全,結合該工程地質現場勘察的地質情況,遵循安全可靠、技術可行、經濟合理、節約工期的原則,該工程土方開挖時,結合設計根據現場實際情13、況開挖放坡為1:0.330.55。 地基土的構成及巖性特征, 詳見淮南市建筑勘察設計研究院出具的巖土工程勘察報告。二、預應力土釘墻工藝簡介及素噴說明預應力土釘墻支護隨基坑逐層開挖,逐層進行支護,直至坑底,施工時在基坑開挖坡面,用洛陽鏟人工成孔或機械成孔,孔內放錨桿并注入水泥漿,在坡面安裝鋼筋網,噴射強度等級不低于 C20的混凝土,使土體、土釘錨桿及噴射混凝土面層結合,為深基坑土釘支護。其技術原理是利用巖土介質的自承能力,借助土釘與周圍土體的摩擦力和粘聚力,將不穩定土體和深部穩定土層連在一起形成穩定的組合體,土釘端與鋼筋網相互連接,之后噴射混凝土,土釘與土體形成復合體,提高了邊坡整體穩定和承受坡14、頂超載能力,增強土體破壞延性,改變邊坡突然坍方性質。有利于安全施工,由于該技術具有施工簡便、靈活機動、適用性強、隔水防滲等優點,近年來在我國的應用日益廣泛,在建筑基礎工程技術政策(19962010)中,被列為積極開發的支護技術。素噴護坡隨基坑逐層開挖,逐層進行支護,直至坑底,施工時在基坑開挖坡面,采用直接將錨桿砸入土內,在坡面安裝鋼筋網,噴射強度等級不低于 C15的混凝土,使土體、鋼筋網和噴射混凝土面層結合,將不穩定土體連在一起形成穩定的組合體,提高了邊坡整體穩定,增強土體破壞延性,改變邊坡突然坍方性質。 三、施工組織 健全施工組織機構是保證施工質量和進度的關鍵,工程實行項目管理,管理人員應履15、行各自職責。 加強組織管理,根據工程需要實行例會制。施工班組由具有豐富施工經驗的勞務隊組成,勞動力合理調整,確保各階段施工人員及時到位。 作業層施工人員組成情況見附表1。施工人員組成情況表(附表1)序號 工 序 工 種 數 量 備 注 12345678邊坡修整 成孔安裝土釘錨桿安裝鋼筋網片注漿噴射混凝土 輔助施工 力工專業專業鋼筋工專業專業電焊工機械工 53252511四、主要施工機械設備 主要施工機械設備表(附表2) 序號名 稱單 位數 量備 注123456789101112空氣壓縮機混凝土噴射機砂漿攪拌機注漿機錨桿鉆孔切割機電焊機輸料管風管洛陽鏟鐵鍬輔助工具 臺臺臺臺臺臺臺米把把1111116、1230201020若干17m3/m3.5m3/h 五、工藝流程及施工方法 從保證工程質量的重要性來看土釘墻施工是關鍵環節,其特點表現為作業時間長,施工難度大,受土體影響大。施工應根據土方開挖情況、降水情況進行。開挖一步,支護一步,直至基坑底。施工前設置位移觀測點,施工期間應連續觀測,直至施工完畢。 1、工藝流程 : 2、主要技術參數: (1)土釘孔徑150mm,孔內注漿體強度等級M15; (2)鉆孔深度(自上而下分兩排):第一排:7.5m第二排:6m第三排:4.5m(3)鉆孔間距:水平間距1.5m,豎向間距1.21.3m; (4)土釘錨桿: HRB335級熱軋帶肋鋼筋18。 (5)土釘布置形17、式:網格形;(6)網片鋼筋:HPB2356.5, 間距200mm;(7)噴射混凝土強度等級分 C20;C15兩種;(8)噴射混凝土厚度: 100mm;(9)坡頂混凝土:外延1.5m,作好護坡頂排水;3、施工方法 : A 、材料:礦渣硅酸鹽32.5級水泥,5mm碎石,中砂, HPB235級6.5鋼筋。 B 、施工: 1、挖土應按土釘垂直間距挖土并修坡面。機械挖土時應預留0.1m,之后人工修整,根據邊坡土質情況,可采取全面或分段挖土支護。 2、土釘定位成孔:按設計孔深,人工或機械成孔。 3、注漿:按配比制漿,注漿采用底部注漿法,注漿管應插入距孔底250500mm處,隨漿液的注入緩慢勻速拔出,為保證18、注漿飽滿,孔口宜設止漿塞或止漿袋。 4、鋪設鋼筋網片:網片筋應順直,按設計間距綁扎牢固。在每步工作面上的網片筋應預留與下一步工作面網筋搭接長度。鋼筋網應與土釘連接牢固。埋設控制噴層混凝土厚度的標志。 5、噴射混凝土:按配合比要求拌制混凝土干料。為使回彈率減少到最低限度,噴頭與受噴面應保持垂直,噴頭與作業面間距宜為0.61.0m。噴射順序應自下而上,噴射時應控制用水量,使噴射面層無干斑或移流現象。 噴射混凝土終凝2h后,應噴水養護,養護時間根據氣溫確定,宜為37d 。 以此類推,下一步工作面重復16工序循環,直至支護到基坑底標高。 注:基礎施工前應設置坡頂和坡腳排水設施。 六、質量保證措施 (一19、)、技術準備 1、了解地質情況和地下管網、構筑物情況,認真編制基坑支護的設計、施工方案,做好施工前的技術交底和安全交底。根據現場實際情況,對可能出現的突發情況采取有效措施防范,必要時現場商定調整技術參數應急施工。 2、提前計算施工用材料量,以便備料。 3、根據水泥漿和混凝土的強度及工藝要求,提前做好配合比的試配和優選。 4、嚴格按照基坑支護施工方案精心施工,技術人員跟班指導作業,確保每道工序符合要求。 5、嚴把鋼材、水泥、砂、石等材料的質量關,原材料應具有合格證。 6、對每個施工環節嚴格把關,質檢員必須對工作認真、及時到位,對施工質量進行監督檢查,檢查合格后方可進行下道工序施工。 7、設專人對20、坡頂水平位移、坡頂沉降觀測點進行測量,每天將測量結果反饋給責任工程師以指導施工。 七、安全生產、文明施工的技術組織措施 該支護工程具有離周邊建筑物近、地質條件復雜、交叉作業、工期緊等特點,安全工作十分重要,嚴禁施工中在坡頂堆放材料及重物以免造成未成形的坡體滑移,各級管理人員應引起高度重視。 1、施工現場必須認真貫徹“安全第一,預防為主”的方針,堅持“管生產,必須管安全”的原則。建立安全管理生產責任制。 2、建立并認真執行安全交底制度,班前安全活動制度。 3、進入施工現場施工人員必須戴好安全帽,現場臨時搭設的腳手架,支撐桿必須穩固。 4、土方坍落和滑坡是本工程最容易發生的安全隱患。在危險處設置醒21、目警示標志。施工過程中設專人對邊坡進行監測。 5、施工前應提前做好防雨準備工作,遇雨天應停止施工,對施工用材料、機具及坡面進行覆蓋防護,雨后復工須認真檢查邊坡情況。決定是否有必要采取措施,之后才能施工。 6、施工現場要做到及時清理,保持場容整潔,道路暢通。 7、施工期間嚴格遵守安全用電操作規程。 8、認真貫徹執行國家有關安全生產和文明施工的規定,確保支護施工的順利進行。 八、施工中注意的問題 1、土方開挖、支護施工應分段進行,土方開挖后應盡量減少基坑邊坡暴露時間,遇雨天應大面積覆蓋,同時在坡腳堆載以防止滑坡。 2、成孔時遇礫石、磚塊、管網或地下構筑物時,孔位及其下傾角可以調整,如遇到礫石層可改22、用鋼管做錨桿。 3、護坡坡腳的處理:噴射混凝土面層伸入基坑底標高下至少0.2m,以形成護腳。 4、基坑支護完畢,甲方應及時進行后序施工,同時做好有序排水,防止水浸滲入坡腳底下。 九、應急措施 支護施工完成至基坑回填之前,如遇暴雨洪水等,甲方必須將施工人員設備撤離現場,支護坡面上需覆蓋蓬布以免造成塌方,同時增加監測次數,并做好相應的措施(如臨時回填或在坡腳增加堆載)防止滑坡。如遇重物垂落,需要修復的地方,重新噴射砼或抹水泥砂漿,防止雨水灌入,造成不必要的損失。 regular issuance system of internal and external accident cases, org23、anizational learning, analysis and discussion on a regular basis, and educate the persons concerned in a timely manner. 47th article: strengthening the safety of staff, establishing the concept of legalization of production safety, establish a people-oriented concept, three do no harm (dont hurt you24、rself, no harm to others, not to be hurt). 48th eighth day routine: pre-shift and post-shift monitor organizations, safety assist.
