Before ingress of the material to the job site, the test report of the sand and gravel should be furnished. And the material after blend should be tested. Compaction test and grading test shall be carried out as well.7.2.2基底處理 base treatment 回填前先清理基底,清除基坑內(nèi)積水、淤泥和雜物,并防止地表滯水流入回填區(qū)域。清理完畢,進(jìn)行基坑14、驗(yàn)收,符合要求方可進(jìn)行砂石回填。The base shall be cleared, without any water, sullage and debris. The surface water shall be prevented into the backfilled area. The groundwork of the footing groove check before acceptance, and it should be acceptable before backfilling.7.2.3碎石回填 gravel backfilling7.2.3.1正式回填前,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行試15、碾,確定壓實(shí)遍數(shù)及含水率,以達(dá)到最好的碾壓效果。試碾后,根據(jù)確定的壓實(shí)遍數(shù)及含水率進(jìn)行大面積施工。To carry out trial compaction before backfilling to determine the compaction times and water content to get a optimum effect.7.2.3.2碎石料場(chǎng)布置見附件(碎石堆放布置及入口設(shè)置)。Gravel storage arrangement see attachment.7.2.3.3基坑修設(shè)機(jī)械通道見附件(碎石堆放布置及入口設(shè)置)。The access for machine16、s see attachment.7.2.3.4本項(xiàng)施工采用機(jī)械回填,在振碾式壓路機(jī)碾壓之前先用裝載機(jī)將碎石推平,使表面平實(shí),后使用振碾式壓路機(jī)先靜壓,后振壓。This work is to be implemented by machines. First to level the gravel, then compact without vibration by road roller, finally vibrantly compact the soil.7.2.3.5碾壓機(jī)械壓實(shí)填方時(shí),控制行駛速度,并控制壓實(shí)遍數(shù)。The compaction speed and times shal17、l be controlled.7.2.3.6采用“薄填、慢駛、多次”的方法,砂石回填厚度為300mm,碾壓方向從兩邊逐漸壓向中間,碾輪每次重疊寬度約為1525cm,避免漏壓。運(yùn)行中碾輪邊距填方邊緣大于500mm,防止溜坡傾倒。邊角、邊坡邊緣壓實(shí)不到之處,輔以振動(dòng)式打夯機(jī)夯實(shí)。每碾壓一層完后,用裝載機(jī)將表面拉毛以利結(jié)合。The method of “ thin layer, slow speed and many times” is to be used. The layer thickness is to be 30mm, and compaction from two sides to t18、he center with overlapped width of 15-25cm of each time. The wheel side shall be 500 mm away from the edge to prevent any upsetting. The rammer is to be used for the places where the roller couldnt reach. The surface of last layer shall be made coarse by loader shovel for sound incorporation with ne19、xt layer.7.2.3.7根據(jù)確定的碾壓遍數(shù)進(jìn)行施工,保證遍數(shù)足夠,控制砂石料的含水率(在試碾后采用灌砂法測(cè)定最優(yōu)含水率為5.3%),保證砂石回填達(dá)到要求。Compaction should be according to the determinate times and guarantee the compaction times. The water content of the material should be controlled (the optimum water content of 5.3% is to be determined test) , and the b20、ackfilling should be up to standard.7.2.3.8砂石回填區(qū)保持中間稍高,兩邊稍低,當(dāng)天回填砂石當(dāng)天壓實(shí)。The center of the backfilled area shall be a little bit higher than the sides, and the backfilled gravel and sand shall be compacted in the same day.7.2.3.9每層材料壓實(shí)后,按要求進(jìn)行取樣檢測(cè),發(fā)布檢測(cè)報(bào)告,壓實(shí)率必須96%,方可進(jìn)行下層施工。振碾機(jī)碾壓區(qū)域密度及含水率試驗(yàn)每層5組,振動(dòng)打夯機(jī)夯實(shí)區(qū)域密21、度及含水率試驗(yàn)每層1組。Quality inspection shall be taken, including Inspect Report Form which indicating the Compact Rate for each layer, and the standard (Compact Rate96%) must be attained, before backfilling the next layer. Sampling for unit weight and water content test in the area compacted be vibrating ro22、ller shall be 5 groups each layer, while sampling in the area by rammer is to be 1 group each layer.7.2.4施工排水和雨季施工措施Construction drain, and measures during rainy season7.2.4.1基坑周圍設(shè)擋水壩(高度至少50cm),防止地表水流入回填區(qū)域內(nèi)。Claybank(the height50cm) should be used to prevent the surface water from flowing into the ba23、ckfilling area.7.2.4.2在回填區(qū)域東西兩端設(shè)集水坑,加設(shè)潛水泵進(jìn)行排水,潛水泵的設(shè)置應(yīng)能保證在基坑回填過程中,不得有水浸泡回填材料。Catchment puddle should be used at the east and west of the backfilling area, and water pump should be used to drain. 7.2.4.3 在雨季回填時(shí),排水溝和集水井分別加深至0.5m和0.7m深,并增加水泵(5臺(tái)備用水泵)和人力,以保證基坑內(nèi)雨水經(jīng)排水溝、集水井和水泵立即排出基坑外。回填材料經(jīng)受雨淋后,則停止下步回填,待回填材料經(jīng)24、處理且試驗(yàn)確定其(含水率為5.3%)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求后,方可進(jìn)行下步施工.During rainy season, the ditches and catchment puddles in foundation pits will be deepened respectively to 0.5m and 0.7m, in addition more pumps (5 spare pumps) and labor fore will be provided to guarantee that rainwater be drained away out of foundation pits on time. If material be poured by raining, work will not start until the material is disposed to meet requirements (water content 5.3%).8附件 attachment
