Telecom cable trench and trench marker in B300,B400,B56、00,B600,A400,A500 and A600.B.編制依據 Edit reference 1. 由中國成達工程公司提供的相關施工圖及配套的安裝圖集 AFC and Typical DWG2. 電氣裝置安裝工程電纜線路施工及驗收規范GB50168-92 GB standard C.施工程序及施工技術措施 Construction Procedure and Technical Measure of Construction1 施工前準備:Preparation1) 首先組織施工班組及有關人員熟悉有關施工圖、資料、規范、標準等,主管技術人員向施工班組作技術交底并作好技術交底資料,使施工人員7、熟悉該工程的技術要求及要領,以便順利完成電氣安裝工作。Technical orientation for any requirement on AFC, Specification and Standard.2) 勘察電纜線路所經地段的地形及有無障礙物,核對和記錄各地段的長度Underground obstacle investigation and record it. 3) 事先與各有關單位聯系,了解及核對地下設施,防止在施工中誤傷各種地下管線.Prevent any damage on underground facility.4) 確定電纜穿越各路口的地下涵管已施工完畢Verify t8、he road across sleeve is installed.5) 根據電纜路徑的特點和每盤電纜的長度,制定技術措施和安全措施,確定挖溝和敷設電纜的方法和次序set up the trench excavation and cable pulling sequence.6) 準備好必要的工具、材料,主要為挖溝用的挖機、鐵鍬、鎬以及敷設電纜用的保護磚塊、細砂、警示帶和鋸斷電纜用的斷線鉗、鋼鋸等Tool and equipment preparation, including brick, sand and warning line. 2 電纜溝槽的開挖 Trench Excavation9、 1) 開挖前向作業人員進行施工交底 Construction orientation to workers2) 在開挖前向施工部門提出申請,對施工內容作出風險評價,采取防范措施,報HSE部門批準. PTW approved for excavation and risk analysis assessed and approved by HSE.3) 畫線 首先根據根據施工圖紙確定電纜溝的走向,然后根據溝內電纜根數、電纜間的距離確定電纜溝的寬度 Line out the trench and determine the width of trench based of the quantit10、y of cables and the interval distance between cables.4) 挖溝 根據圖紙要求確定電纜溝的挖掘深度(如圖所示),當路面不成型時,應考慮規劃路面的標高,以保證路面修好后電纜的深度能滿足規程的規定,與管線交叉時,應根據實際條件加深電纜溝或加保護設施. Excavation depth shall follow the DWG. In case the road not yet formed, the excavation depth shall also consider the final road elevation and the dept11、h shall meet the specification. Where cabling conflicts underground pipe, necessary protection or deeper excavation would be applied.5) 挖溝時應將路面的堅硬材料與下層的細土分散電纜溝兩旁,以便電纜敷設后從溝旁取細土覆蓋電纜(或將余土外運至現場外);溝兩側應各留0.3m寬的走道,以利工作人員通行,并防止溝邊石塊等硬物掉入溝內Excavated materials shall be tipped along the both edge of trench and 12、hard material and find soil shall be separated. Find soil will be used for cable bury ( surplus excavated material will be shipped out of site). 0.3m wide walkway on both edge inside trench shall be provided.6) 挖溝時應考慮土質情況及臨近建筑設施,作好措施,防止塌方和危及臨近建筑的安全Measure shall be taken to prevent collapse and any d13、amage to buildings in vicinity. 7) 挖溝時還應根據交通安全的要求設置圍欄、警告標志、夜間設紅燈Barricade and warning mark shall be set up. Red light shall be provided at night time.3 敷設電纜 Cable Pulling1) 電纜敷設常用的有兩種方法,即人工敷設和機械牽引敷設。無論采用哪種敷設方法為了保證施工人員的安全和電纜施工質量,都得先將電纜盤穩妥地架設在放線架上(或用起重機將電纜盤吊起)。架設電纜線盤,要將電纜線盤按線盤上的箭頭方向滾至預定地點,再將鋼軸穿于線盤軸孔中,14、鋼軸的強度和長度應與電纜線盤重量和寬度相結合,使線盤能活動自如。我方擬采用人力敷設電纜,首先根據路徑的長短,組織勞力由人扛著電纜沿電纜溝走動敷設,也可以站在溝中不走動用手抬著電纜傳遞敷設。敷設路徑較長時,應將電纜放在滾輪上,用人力拉電纜,引導電纜向前移動,如圖所示.Cable pulling usually would be by manual or by mechanical pulling. Safety and quality shall be guaranteed in both cases. Cable reel shall be placed on a roller or lift15、ed by crane. Rotate the cable reel and place the arrow shown on reel at the designated position. Insert roller into the reel and the roller shall satisfy with the weight and width of cable reel. TC plans to pull cable by manual. Roller will be provided for cable pulling. 2) 直埋電纜敷設前,應在鋪平夯實的電纜溝先鋪一層10016、mm 厚的細砂或軟土,作為 電纜的墊層.Before placing cable on trench, 100mm thick find sand or soft soil shall be paved on the bottom of trench which shall be compacted.3) 在檢查所有過路涵管中無異物堵塞后,穿好繩索、鐵絲,有多根電纜平行敷設時,應核對和查清電纜位置,防止穿錯. Clean up any obstacle in sleeves. Check the cable rout and the sleeves in case multiple cable17、s will go through the sleeves.4) 按所需數量在電纜溝旁放好保護磚塊和細砂Place brick and find sand along the trench edge.5) 嚴格分工,指定電纜線盤、電纜牽引頭、各過路管、電纜轉彎處等各項工作的負責人、聯絡人和現場安全負責人,并布置各崗位的職責Designated personnel shall be provided at cable reel, sleeve and bending.6) 指定專人核實電纜敷設長度及預留長度 Check the length and provide sufficient allo18、wable length. 7) 電纜施放完后,核對長度及位置無誤,并對電纜進行外觀檢查,多根電纜并列敷設時,應將電纜按規定的距離排好,電纜在電纜溝內不必拉直,應有適當的松弛,以免承受拉力Check the length of position of each cable and the distance between cables shall be properly provided. Cable on trench cant be stiff and shall be loose instead to prevent any stress on it.8) 電纜放于溝底后,上面應覆蓋1019、0mm的細土或細砂,然后蓋保護磚塊并按要求放置警示帶,保護磚塊應超過電纜外徑兩側各50mm Place 100mm fine sand and soil on top of cable and brick and waning tape installed. 9) 直埋電纜在直線段每隔50100m,處、電纜接頭處、轉彎處、進入建筑物等處,應設置明顯的方位標志或標示樁。以便于電纜檢修時查找和防止外來機械損傷. Cable stake and marker shall be provided for every 50-100m straight length cable and also be p20、rovided at bend, connection and building entrance, for future cabling inspection and preventing mechanical damage. 10) 電纜放完鋸斷后,電纜端部要密封,防止進水受潮Cable end on reel shall be sealed and moisture prevented. 11) 直埋電纜回填土前,應經隱蔽工程驗收合格。對電纜的埋深、走向、坐標、起止點及埋入方法等作好隱蔽工程記錄.
