Bund老上海 虹口Old Shanghai Hongkou“虹口”得名于“虹口港”。虹口港原名“洪口港”,在今虹口區南部,分“北洪”、“中洪”、“南洪”三段,北接俞涇浦,東納沙涇港,南入黃浦江。1945年建區時,取境內港名命名為“虹口區”。“Ho6、ngkou”takes its name from“Hongkou Port”.Hongkou port for-merly was known as“Hongkong Port”,which was located in the south of todays Hongkou district.In 1945,Hong Kong was named as“Hongkou center,intern8、ational cruise transportation center and service center,providing a high level of service for Shanghai modern logis-tics industry,shipping industry.In the future,the east bund,Shanghai DESIGN概念設計INTERNAL CONCEPT DESIGN 01 塔樓分17、割單棟塔樓體量過大,且造成標準層面積過大利用率不高,因此將塔樓切割后形成雙塔,這樣標準層的利用率更高,減輕體量對沿街面的壓迫。Single tower would make pression to the main street,and the typical floor area is too large,so to make the twin tower can minimize the street pression and let the tower efficiency become higher.02 視野優化將一側塔樓南移,使得視野優化。兩棟塔樓都可以擁有江景視線。One tow18、er move south to make the vision become better,and both tower have good view of the south river.03 體量錯位塔樓間距加大,中間形成市民可用的公共開放空間,以及中央商務廣場。The gap between tower generates the public open space for citizen and the commercial plaza for the working peo-ple.04 屋頂花園塔樓頂部分割形成三個體量,中間是共享的空中花園。The roof of tower i19、s split into three volume,which can be used as the sky garden and leisure space for the office staff.概念生成Concept
