1、國際酒店員工就餐管理制度編 制: 審 核: 批 準: 版 本 號: ESZAQDGF001 編 制: 審 核: 批 準: 版 本 號: XX市華翔國際酒店STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDUREDEPARTMENT: H.R JOB GATEGORY: H.R DIRECTOR部 門 :人力資源部 工 作 級 別 : 人力資源總監PREPARED BY: ISABEL HU APPROVED BY: DATE:19/04/03規 定 人: 批 準 : SUBJECT : ABOUT THE REGULATIONS ON STAFF MEALS 主 題 :關于員工就餐制度編 號 2、:H.R 頁 碼:3目的 :規范員工就餐規定Purpose :Standardize the rules for staff meals in the canteen制度 regulations: 1 、每位員工每天可享受正副兩頓免費工作餐。Two free meals for staff per day.2 、未上班就餐及就餐數量超出者將從當日工資中扣除餐費。More than two meals or having meals at rest day ,the cost will be deducted from the salary.3 、用他人餐卡或將餐卡外借他人者,將給予重大過失處理3、。 Using others dining card and lending dining card to others will be punished a form of misconduct .4、 員工就餐時間不得超出半小時。 Meal time should not be more than half an hour. 5、 就餐必須著工裝,出示餐卡方可用餐。Uniforms should be worn when eating at staff canteen.6、 就餐時不得大聲喧嘩,不得隨地吐痰,亂扔雜物。 Do not be unruly and indiscriminate4、 spitting and throwing of rubbish at the surroundings.7、嚴禁浪費食物,否則將給予15元的罰款。 Food wasting will not be tolerate and will be punished with a fine 15 yuan. 8、嚴禁將食品帶出員工餐廳,否則將給予處罰。 Bringing out meal of the staff canteen will be punished. 9、員工在餐廳就餐須愛護餐廳內各類設施及餐具,如有損壞照價賠償。All staff must take care of the facilities and amenities in the staff canteen, if breaking any thing , will be fined according to the cost of items.10員工就餐完后,必須把桌面雜物清理干凈,將餐具放置在指定位置。After your meals ,to clean the soiled plates/container to the dish-washing area.
