Proposal塔樓結構3D圖低區核心筒中區核心筒中高區核心筒高區核心筒TOWER STRUCTURE 3DLOW ZONE CORE WALLMID ZONE CORE WALLMID-HIGH ZONE CORE WALLHIGH ZONE CORE WALL核心筒巨型框架+伸臂CORE WALLFRAME+OUTRIGGER STRUCTURE塔樓外形簡潔大氣,使結構構件可以規則布置,使用效率高。結構可利用塔樓中心電梯井布置核心筒剪力墻,利用機電層布置伸臂桁架和環帶桁架,與塔樓周邊的框架柱共同工作,形成塔樓主要的抗側力系統。頂部的觀景平臺,21、建筑上極具特色,結構上又完成了塔樓體形的縮進,對減小塔樓風和地震力有利。結構上使用斜柱和轉換柱的形式,既符合建筑要求,又保證了抗側力體系的連續性。The concise and classic shape of the tower enables a regular layout of structural members and high efficiency of usage.Structurally,core walls can be placed at the tower central elevator pit,outriggers and belt truss can be pla22、ced at MEP floors and collaborate with towers perimeter frame columns to form the major lateral resistance system of the tower.The observation platform at the top of the tower is unique architecturally,and structurally shrinks the shape of tower,which is beneficial for reducing wing load and seismic23、 load.Sloping columns and transfer columns are used in order to incorporate new landmark in Chengdu,this Super-Highrise Tower and Retail Podium Development is influenced by the surrounding nature which has been captured in the facades design elements with the Waterfall inspirations.The facade design combines Chengdus natural28、 environmental factors and design specifications,and effectively utilizes the unique environmental factors of the site,which can not only building is designed to achieve LEED Silver.Certifications and labels32、 give guarantees to buildings owner that the environmental and energy performance of the building reach highest standard.Our building design team has orientated the design and technical solution as well as the material choices complies with certifications requirements.Our choices aim at LEED Silver.33、It guarantees a very good comfort to occupants and a sustainable construction with low carbon footprint and use local climate via a bioclimatic design.Located in a high-standard district,our project has very high environmental ambitions.We have completed this whole strategy with material choices that will enhance the healthy environment that we are developing.The opposite drawing highlight the main topics that
