10、-key 報表進行OIK科目余額的管理Use People-soft CN-JNL-Lines-with-open-item-key Query report to manage the account balance with OIK在PS中我們可以使用這個報表:We can use this report to:1）幫助查找每個科目的OIK清單。 Query the OIK list of one account.2）查詢每個OIK的余額。 Query every OIK balance. 1.進入PS 的query路徑: Enter Query in People-soft:2.找到 C
11、N-JNL-Lines-with-open-item-key: Find CN-JNL-Lines-with-open-item-key:3.選擇“Run to excel”后，跳出如下界面。鍵入需要的BU,日期，科目號。 Make choice “ Run to excel” and next interface. Key in BU, date, account code.4.生成如下報表：Get the report:“Open Item Statu ”表示某一筆發生額是否已與其他一筆或幾筆同樣條件下（同樣的BU, Activity location, Dept, OIK)發生額能相互沖
12、抵。“Open Item Statu “ shows if the occurring data can match with others between debits or credit in different period. (Shall be same BU, Activity location, Dept, OIK) 如幾筆發生額相加后金額為零，系統可以在調節計算后：“Open Item Statue ” 顯示“Close”狀態。 If can match, after reconciliation , “Open Item Statue” will be in “close” 如
13、在相加后金額不為零，“Open Item Statue” 顯示“Open”狀態。 If can not, “Open Item Statue” will be in “open”“Amount”總額與同期科目余額相等(注:查詢期間需設置為從PeopleSoft初始時到當前會計期間)。“Amount” is same with the account balance (Remark: The query period shall be set from People-soft go live)Attachment 3 Explanation for Open Item Keys continui
14、ty不同時期發生額可以在借貸方相互抵消。在每一期末,所有已被清理的OIK的狀態為Close.Data can counteract with others between debits or credit in different period to be sure the OIK statu in” close” after reconciliation.例如: 四月預收某shopping mall 租戶(AA)三個月租金共12000元(每月4000元),分錄如下:For example: Receive three month rental income from lessee A tot
15、al amount is 12000( every month 4000) and make entry as: A: 28000xxxCN 12000 24000000 12000 AA 或者 or B: 28000xxxCN 12000 24000000 4000 AA 24000000 4000 AA 24000000 4000 AA對于A, PeopleSoft只會生成一條24000000明細,狀態為Open; 金額為-12000；For A, there is only one line of account 24000000 with OIK and statu is “ open
16、” , the amount is -12000;對于B, PeopleSoft會生成三條24000000明細,狀態均為Open.; 金額均為-4000。For B, there are 4 lines of account 24000000 with OIK and statu is “ open” , the amount is -4000; 四月末確認租金收入時,分錄如下: In April validate the rental income and make entry as: Dr 24000000 4000 AA Cr 57000000(or57400000) 4000對于A，此
17、時共有兩條AA明細,狀態均為Open，金額分別為-12000, 4000。For A, now there are two lines of 24000000 with OIK and the statu is “ open”, the amount is 12000,4000.對于B，此時共有四條AA明細，兩條狀態為Open，金額均為-4000；另兩條狀態為Close（表明已被清理），金額分別為-4000和4000。For B, now there are four lines of 24000000 with OIK and two of them the statu is “ open”
18、, the amount is 4000, another two in the statu of “ close” (means counteracted) and the amount is 4000 and 4000.在A入帳方法下不能準確清楚顯示該余額的組成情況。For A, it can not show the detail information of OIK balance clearly.而通過B方法，通過OIK管理，可以清楚地分析該科目余額組成情況（已確認一個月租金收入）。For B, after the OIK manage we can get more clear information of the balance.
