A greater grid creates a very clear and reasonable zoning due to various functional uses. The building mass extruded from t

13、his grid is placed south to enlarge the citizen plaza. The structure of underground space is also based on this grid. A canyon is forming a diagonal axis, break-ing the strict grid in a harmonious flow and set-ting the important link between the commercial space, the cultural venues and the landscap

The framing parks emphasizing the main di-rection along the urban axis and giving a splen-did recreation space.Finally the extension of the urban axis ends at the sculpture-like building complex, forming a greater moon bridge and a very welcoming ges-ture. Such metaphor of bridges, is building a

15、link between traditional and modern culture. The canyon and its playful designed river cre-ate a lively reference to
