8、乘風氣盛行。參與設置自行車主題園區概念規劃邀圖,將國際間在自行車運動、休閒、產業、科技等主題性空間規劃設計概念提出,形成具創意的空間方案,以做為彰化縣府推動園區未來建設的平臺。1. 自行車是人類進入工業社會以來的第一個交通工具,所以自行車的發展及功能,雖然是兩個輪子,卻能有許多變化滿足各種需求,且達到行進的目的。 世界早期發展自行車,由於工業技術並不發達,最初完全是為了炫耀及競賽,進而慢慢發展為適合一般民眾騎乘的交通士具,隨著工業技術的發展與機械相關理論的進步完善,自行車除了上述功能的多樣化之外,近幾年更導入專業、休聞與科技的概念,在整體造型上因材質的不同,亦呈現不同的風貌。2. 臺灣自行車產

9、業經過數十年的蓬勃發展,經歷從無到有、從以往追踩求量的中低階自行車產品製造王圈,成為今日全球最重要的高級自行車重要供應基地之一。 此外,臺灣自行車產業界也由不斷的產品研發與創新,已經由追求量的委託製造 的主要經營模式,轉型成為新功能、新材質、新用途之具有高附加價值的高階產品 的研發墓地,在全球自行車工業分工體系中已扮演重要角色。 3. 自行車不僅是交通代步的工具,更是優質、健康、休闊的生活方式,為開拓臺灣內部市場及觀光休閒產業,使都市人更重視休閒生活。 目前政府大力推動自行車文化,並協助及興建自行車專用道。希望把過去被佔據的自行車專用道回復,或是將部份機車專用道撥出來,或是如歐洲地區採行與人行

10、道並存的方式,擴大自行車愛用者的空間。 並在北部、中部、南部、東部地區都有區域性的自車專用道的規劃建置,未來只要花一點費用串連起來,就是完整的自行車網路,可以塑造臺灣成為自行車島。這項建設臺灣成為自行車島的想法已獲得政府的支持及共識, 目前國內自行車的騎車人數正在快速增加中。 近年來,政府基於交通、環保、健康及觀光休憩等考量,大力闢建自行車專用道,行政院更於91年起將全國自行車道系統計畫納入挑戰2008:國家發展重點計畫,從地方性路網、區域性路網 及環島性路網逐步建構完整的全島運動休問自行車道系統,鼓勵民眾從事正當休閒活動,促進運動發展推動,提供完肇休聞自行車活動. 而本項目是位於自行車主要的

11、生產基地, 設置主題。自行車園區規劃也希望能將大型自行車賽場, 研究展畫, 休閒體驗佈置於園區之中。更能寓教娛樂, 將臺灣自行車文化發揚光大。Chang-Hua County is the most important bike manufacturing base in Taiwan and there are globally-leading manufacturers in this area. Inside the county boundary, the bike route system is comprehensive with local distinguishing feat

12、ure and biking is very popular. This presentation aims to provide innovative proposals and planning concepts on themed spaces such as sports, recreation, industry and technology, thus providing a platform for Chang-Hua County government to realize the project in future. 1.Bicycles are the first tran

13、sportation tool widely used since industrialization. As its name indicates, a bicycle has two wheels which is comparatively simple in structure yet varied thus able to march forward and satisfy other purposes. Early bicycles were completely for dandies or competition with limited production due to t

14、echnological constraints. Following development of industrial technology and mechanics theory, bicycles become the most suitable tool for people. In recent years, concepts such as professional, recreational and high-tech bicycles have been introduced and bicycles start to be more different in terms

15、of shape, style and material used. 2. In several decades, Taiwan bicycle industry has evolved from assembly factories to a medium-low end bicycle manufacturing kingdom and then to one of the most significant global supplying base of high-end bicycles. In addition, the industrys operating pattern has

16、 transformed from OEM to production of bicycles of higher value-added due to R&D efforts to explore bicycles new function, material, and use. 3. Nowadays the bicycle goes beyond its traditional role as a transportation tool. It repre-sents a quality, healthy and recreational lifestyle, creating new

17、market for the bicycle and recreation industries and enabling city dwellers to enjoy leisure life. Taiwan government authorities are promoting the Bicycle Culture and planning bicycle paths construction. Bi-cycle lanes which have been occupied by other use will be resumed; some vehicle lanes will be

18、 designated for bicycle use; the European practice of combining bicycle lane and sidewalk will also help to expand bikers space. Thanks to planning and construction of regional bicycle paths in northern, central, south-ern, and eastern parts of Taiwan, little investment will be needed to link them i

19、nto a com-plete bicycle lane network, shaping Taiwan into an Island of Bicycles. This idea has won support and recognition from Taiwan government.Currently number of bicycle riders keeps a fast increase trend. The government is also constructing bicycle paths based on consideration of transportation

20、, environment pro-tection, health-building, and sightseeing/recreation. Since 1991, Taiwan Executive Yuan included National Bicycle Path System Plan into The Challenge 2008: National Develop-ment Plan, and upgrade local and regional bicycle path network to a complete system that goes across Taiwan I

21、sland. People are encouraged to play, do recreational activities and enjoy bicycle exercises. The project site is in a major bicycle manufacturing base, thus correlated to the bicycle theme.The master planning is also expected to include large-scale bicycle racing fields, expo, and recreation and ex

22、perience programs in the Parc so as to integrate education and entertainment and promote the bicycle culture.項目概要 projectoverview鐵 馬 的 發 明 史 history of the bicycle03基地位於彰化縣員林鎮137縣道與148縣道交界處之東南向、參山國家風景區八卦山風景區內。 全區面積約為17.5公頃。八卦山山脈登山自行車道全長約100公里,利用現有道路共用系統,沿途上下坡起伏、屬挑戰級自行車活動路線。利用139線道景觀道路貫穿,沿途通過五大環狀自行車路

23、線,包括:大佛賞鷹區自行車路線、虎山巖區自行車路線、四面佛區自行車路線、金墩山區自行車路線、本計畫基地即位於百果山自行車道系統內, 百果山區自行車路線,是國內最具趣味及挑戰性登山車活動路線,為彰化縣車友主要騎乘路徑。基地現為呈緩坡地形之空地;原為員林鎮第一公墓,鎮公所已遷葬至基地東北角納骨塔。基地內並有經彰化縣政府依文化資產保存法登錄為歷史建築之清康熙古墳曹氏祖塋。基地內西南側有一百姓公廟。(圖文)基地週邊分別有工廠、住宅區、學校及活動中心等建築物。The site is located at South-east of the intersection of county routes 13

24、7 and 148; within San-Shan National Scenery Area and Ba-Gua Scenery Area; and now it is a gently slop-ing vacant lot. The whole site area is about 17.5 hectare.The biking trail on Ba-Gua Shan is approximately 100km long in total. Existing facilities and the bumps enable creation of a challenging bik

25、ing place. Route 139 goes through 5 major biking trails, including Great Buddha Hawk Watching Trail, Hushanyan Trail, Changhua Brahma Temple Trail, and the Golden Stupa Trail. The proposal is set upon Mt. Baiguos biking trail; the trails in Baiguo are the most exciting and challenging mountain bikin

26、g trails and are very popular amongst the biking community in Chang-Hua County.The site is sitting on a gentle slope and it was the First Cemetery of Yuan-Lin Township. Now the Township has relocated the cemetery on the northern east side of the site as a new cinerarium house (See the drawing below)

There is a Chaos Tomb from Ching Dy-nasty registered as a cultural heritage according to “Cultural Heritage Preservation Act.” There is also a Bai-Shin-Gong Temple locates at the southern west of the site. Neighboring residential communities allow for vivid interfaces and possible 24/7 uses and public amenities, that extend beyond the international event timeframes

The vicinity to the San-Shan National Scenery Area and Ba-Gua Scenery Area promotes the engagement with nature and sustainability principles.Current Lifestyle and Existing IndustriesThe site is located within the heart of Taiwans production zone for bicycles and related industries. It has in turn

31、promoted the lifestyle for bicycle culture in this region.Public AccessThe site enjoys excellent access to the National Highway Routes 137 and 148. The site is also within the planning effort of the Taiwan Railway Bureau for “Environmental Dual-Rail” where the nearest train station at Yuanlin City i

32、s 4 km away, and 20 mins away from the Express-Rail Station at Taichung City.Natural Resources and Campus Setting with TopographyThe natural resources and the parc-setting provide strong identity and beautiful setting of the leisure campus. Long views to the city and Green BackdropFrom the open spac

33、es within the parc, there will be long views to the Yuan Lin City and the surrounding scenic areas serve as the green views and natural forest backdrop to the parc.Historical HeritageTo continue the vitality of the beautiful historical buildings and structures of Tiegu Tower (on the north-eastern co

34、rner of the parc) and Baixin Public Temple located (at the south-ern west of the site) will strengthen Chang Hua Bicycle Parcs cultural identity.“Clean Slate” ExpansionThe current state of the “cleared” site is relatively unencumbered, allowing for ease of implementation.Ventilation/ Cool BreezesBre

44、 uses.Active Uses at the Roof Levels - To reclaiming building program spaces (viewing decks and galleries) especially on building roofs which are blended with the landscape and earth mounds, creating long views toward the surrounding green and distant city.Use of Topography - To utilize valleys and

45、level differences to provide discrete people entries to buildings and to separate these from services. The general consistent grade of 10% descending from east to west with a general overall grade difference of 40 meters provides opportunity to create both shallow and vertical drops which caters for

46、 the aver-age recreational rider with safe and easy grades as well as challenging course for the keen bikers. The natural topography and opportunity to adjust the grading also allow for redirection of the water into large wetlands and detention basins for reuse in Parc irriga-tion and aesthetic qual

Allowing the internal spaces to be grouped and presented in “pods” promotes the opportunity of double faades for possibility to natural cross-ventilation to spaces exte

Being the fulcrum between the main part of the Parc to the north-eastern cor-ner, the shade structures defining the plaza serve an important role with first greetings and also

95、engagement with the neighboring cultural building (Tiegu Tower).This plaza also marks the start of the “sky-bridge” (at +71 m elevation), depict-ing the commencement of the experiential journey of movement and speed. In-termediate level riders experience some hills which require leg strength for climbing and skillful poise for the descent. Adva

129、esults in a loss of your riders privileges!設計挑戰 NATURES CHALLENGE公園內不同區段針對不同的騎車水準設計了相應的挑戰項目。低難度區的地形非常平坦,或者有較小的起伏;小山則需要中等水平的騎手具備上坡的腿力和下坡時熟練的平衡技巧;對于高級和專業級的騎手而言,車道的技術性挑戰更高,包括急拐彎、坡度更陡、連續上坡、下坡和遭遇鐵路、亭子、溪流、樹干和巖石等障礙,這就要求騎手具備強有力的自行車掌控能力、腿力。自行車道:綠色,藍色,黑色 每條自行車道根據難度不同標成不同的顏色,人們可以一目了然,以確保新手的安全,並組織培訓山地和車道的基本利益。各

A place for congregation, the “Big Green” acts as a meeting place for community rides, a picnic area, an

134、outdoor exhibition space, and a festival space for everyone.The views expand from the “derailleur” towards the retention basin and green backdrop with the rolling fields represented by the “Big Green”. Two sets of sweeping promenades of light pavers serves as the primary east-west circula-tion acros

135、s the green. Each promenade features a series of way-finding trees that define the path edge; likewise providing signs to the changing seasonal displays of color. A series of natural botanical clusters extend along the water garden echoing its role as terminus to the promenade. The interest of this

Creating an inter-active lighting experience responding to different environmental conditions, controlled by mobile phone text messaging, allows visitors to interact with the environm

140、ent to impact the evening appearance of the park. Safe walkway il-lumination and tree uplighting creates a comfortable and welcoming location. Colour changing elements will be used to indicate the change of season and tidal conditions and connect the beach with the landscape. All the elements will c

142、rative ground tells stories in words, gives clues in symbols and surprise in embedded objects all collected from local people, heroes and archives dur-ing the participation stage. Significant and site-specific stories lead visitors though the Parc on trails punctuated by mounds, events and objects,

The narrative ground is laid into a contiguous material, resin bound gravel, which changes form, shape, colour and texture as it links many elements of the gardens together. It roles up to form an edge to the mounds and onto seats; down

The grassy mounds are designed as slopes for lazing back quietly or watching the activity around, be it in the main event space, in the playground as a parent or in the garden areas. Low-slung wide linear seats surround areas of

146、 mounds in the main paths, the playground and in the garden. An even longer seat stretches onto the caf roof, eventually forming amphitheatre steps onto the roof for viewing the event space. 147、標誌系統將是由明顯易讀的街頭塗鴉樣式的鮮明圖案形成、巧妙運用顏色作為園區內各分區的辨識方式。利用顏色結合層次有緒的箭頭圖案形成園區內的道路編碼、並沿路設置自行車電路線的間距指示牌。在特殊指定的進出入口將會是雕塑形成的、活靈活現“鐵馬頑童” 。標誌選擇運用自然的、經風化的土質材料,與園區內現代玻璃和混凝土建筑形成強烈的對比。 鐵制部分將選擇鍍鋅鋼(空心10號) 、適當的融入自然風景。Signage will be clearly legible with crisp graphic in the Graffiti style, with color used to identify and di

Wayfinding uses color coding combined with dynamic directional arrows to establish clear hierarchy within the Parc, with bike circuit distance markers located strategically along travel routes. Appearing at designated entry and exits points the “Cheeky Kid” logo will come to life as a sculptural element. Signage materials have a weath-ered, earthy appearance to contrast with the sleek, modern glass and con-crete building structures. Core 10, powder coated signs fit well into the natural landscape.30
