11、ry of Dalian City at the point where the city meets the nat-ural landscape of the hills, the valleys and the ocean. The goal of Phase 2 is to create a new technology center that will be a place to work, live, learn and play. A place that will be able to compete at an international level to attract c

The GoalsThese Design Guidelines are here to provide the designers of the Hekouwan Site with direction to ensure that the principle vision and goals of the Master Plan are maintained.
