1、中信泰富廣州船廠地塊城市設計報告GUANGZHOU SHIPYARD MASTER PLANDESIGN REPORT30 JULY 2018卡迪夫灣CARDIFF BAY BARAGE5設計說明DESIGN DESCRIPTIONS廣州荔灣造船廠的船塢是最重要的造船設施,它幾乎是GSI公司的“母塢”。船塢的歷史可以追溯到幾個世紀以前。早在清末,公司就在珠江西岸附近有一個小碼頭。它被清朝和廣東海軍統(tǒng)帥直接管轄。它專門建造海軍艦艇,辛亥革命爆發(fā)后被廢棄。自1914以來,譚麗婷在廣州南石河畔的愛國企業(yè)家租用了370畝土地,建設了廣南碼頭,并開始造船生產。然而,從廣楠造船廠成立到新中國成立初期,造船
2、生產一直沒有發(fā)揮應有的作用。新中國成立前,廣楠造船廠煥發(fā)了勃勃生機。廣州造船廠作為中國船舶制造業(yè)的元老,我們希望在先進的生態(tài)與城市規(guī)劃理念的基礎上,將這座19世紀成立的船場重建為一座充滿活力與力量的,平衡且多樣化的混合使用項目。我們希望能將當地生態(tài),行人,車輛與交通系統(tǒng)融為一體,建立一個無縫連接,且清晰易懂的系統(tǒng)。這個系統(tǒng)的目的是確保基地商業(yè)的活力與其周邊的聯系。我們的總體規(guī)劃設計將船廠的文化遺產作為新興科技產業(yè)的發(fā)展平臺,同時也將船廠遺址重建為當代可持續(xù)發(fā)展的高密度新城區(qū)。濱江公園作為一個綠色城市系統(tǒng),它連接了包括造船廠工業(yè)遺址船塢與船臺在內的沿江文化與活動節(jié)點。濱江公園旨在成為整個項目的名
3、片,在工業(yè)遺址與現代化直接尋求平衡。濱江公園作為一條重要動線,將基地重點開發(fā)區(qū)域與所有地塊、基礎設施、景區(qū)、生活與辦公區(qū)域相連。它同時也將項目基地綠軸與城市現有綠軸相連。各種高、中密度城市街區(qū)通過基礎設施相連,它們的交點成為了訪客、居民與公司員工觸手可及的生活便利與娛樂設施。中心區(qū)域的大街連接包括標志性商業(yè)廣場在內的重點公共區(qū)域,其中形似一艘漂浮的飛船的多功能建筑體將成為此項目的公民與國際形象。 此廣場將由來自地鐵,輕軌,商業(yè),娛樂和辦公的人群不斷激活。圍繞中心區(qū)域是一條工業(yè)遺產互動環(huán)。它作為項目基地內的主要步行動線,連接了濱江船臺,船廠后街,酒店下沉廣場,時空船場,以及龍門吊遺址下的船塢公園
4、與極限運動公園。基地的地塊主要分為三條帶:商業(yè)帶,生活帶與濱江遺產帶。廣船項目由三層水平動線網絡以及多處垂直交通連通。其中包括地鐵、輕軌網絡,二層步行平臺、地下環(huán)路連接和多節(jié)點垂直交通。工業(yè)遺產互動環(huán)與各遺產軸線共同將濱水遺產走廊與芳村大道相連。長堤路作為基地內主要交通干道將各地塊高效連接。如此一體化的混合型項目的優(yōu)勢遠不止其在美學上的成就。我們的總體規(guī)劃設計是建立在豐富的活動,良好的連通性,緊湊且高質量的公共空間以達到其應有的效果,從而確保廣州造船廠成為世界級的出行、娛樂與當代生活的目的地。6歷史記憶 HISTORY融會貫通 CONNECTIVITY城市目的地DESTINATION不忘工業(yè)輝
