7、nce the coordination with regional transport, improve the internal transport, set up multi-mode transportation system; the traffic consultant also provided a study to demonstrate the feasibility of this transport network design. Add typical section design for various types of streets, and identify t

8、he layouts of bike lanes, sidewalks, bus stops, ecological rainwater purification facilities, etc.; Consider the coordination between above grade and below grade traffics, the relationships with bridges and tunnels, and propose the below grade vehicle road alignment from a holistic perspective; Prop

Urban Design: Further develop the characteristics and key programs for each center; Further develop the IFF in direction of the two-center scheme; Further develop the Huigu West urban design in combination with village/fact

24、ble site from a 100 year storm is critical to ensuring the longevity the of proposedsystems.Potable water use is minimized to conserve the natural water supply, and stormwater runoff is reduced and filtered to protect waterquality.Energy use is reduced through efficient district power and and coolin

Promote recycling and efficient waste disposal to improve air quality and preserve natural resources.The planning of many of these systems has already begun by local agencies and institutes. Because this work is ongoing and in-progress, we have recognized existi

42、 benefit from district cooling and electricity as a result of the hospitals 24/7 operations and medical waste incineration. Energy stations will be podium integrated and elevated above the flood zone. Photovotlaics on the facilities will help to power these stations to minimize the energy operations

43、. The substations have been shifted slightly and have been placed dedicated on land, away from residential areas, elevated above the floodplain, and setback from waterways. Renewable energy strategies include photovolatics, solar hot water, ground source cooling, and waterturbines. Environmental sen
