Lay the base plate (base support) and place the base lift as per the prioritie
、s of beam locations. The longitudinal base lift shall be fixed to the post with right angle couplers and the post shall be not more than 200mm to the bottom of steel tube. However, the transverse base lift shall be fixed to the post with right angle couplers and the post shall be close to the undern
、eath of longitudinal base lift.3) The posts shall be erected as per the sequence of positioning. The posts shall be connected and fixed to the longitudinal and transverse base lifts. For erection of posts, the joints on each lift height shall be pair joint couplers (except for the top height lift) a
、nd ensure that the pair joints on the same section shall keep some space (50% of the sectional size)4).The bearer shall be set on the inner side of the post and the length of single post shall be not less than 3 bays. The bearer shall be connected by pair joint couplers and conform to the following
、rules: the ends for connection of two adjacent bearers shall not be set in the same bay or same lift height. Any two adjacent connection joints not in the same bay or lift height shall keep a distance of not less than 500mm on the horizontal direction. The distance fromeach joint centre to the neare
、st main joint shall be not more than 1/3 of the longitudinal spacing.5).The connection between runner and bearer on the bottom of beam formwork shall be connected to the post bydouble couplers.6).Add one bearer in the middle of two bearers on the top lift of supporting frame. The top of the bearer s

The bracingson the bottom liftshall be all supported by the base plate. The method of lapjoint shallbe adopted forbracings, connection. The leng
、th of lap joint shall not be less than 1m and fixed by 3 rotating couplers. The distance from theedge coupler?s cover on the top to the top of the post shall be not less than 100mm.The bracings shall be fixed to theextended part of runner or the post by rotating couplers. The central line of rotary
、coupler shall keep a distance of notmore than 150mm to the main joint.8). Rigid connection shall be done in every 3 meters vertically between the formwork support, scaffolding and thecolumn of the frame around which the construction work has been completed.9). Cross bracings shall be erected respect
、ively on the ends of outer sides , corners and the central vertical face with adistance of less than 15m of the scaffoldings .The sequence of cross bracing erection shall be from the bottom to thetop. The width of cross bracing is 6m, which makes an angle of 4560with the ground.10) .The wall fastene
、rs of the scaffoldings shall be laid out horizontally close to the main jointas per the rule of“ two liftheights and threebays ” . The distance between fasteners and main joints shall be not more than 300mmm.11) .Planks shall be fully laid on the working platform with sound firmness and tied with st
、eel wire #14 on three runners. Both ends of the scaffolding planks shall be reliable and fixed so as to prevent capsizing.12) .Guardrails: Erect two-line guardrails above the working platform and the upper line of guardrails (top rail) shall be 1.2m tall while the mid rail shall be set in the middle
、line of the lift height. Toe boards shall be erected with a height of 180mm to the platform.1) Access for going up and down :Place 1 set of upright monkey ladder respectively on the southwest corner and northeast corner of scaffoldings. A rest platform shall be erected at the height of 4.5m of the u

、said technical disclosure.2). Arrange the power cables properly before dismantling the supporting frame. For the cables that cannot be dismantled or put aside, they shall be buried by soil.3). Barricade the area with rope or warning tape prior to starting dismantling work. The work can be started on
、ly in the presence of watchman, HSE personnel and foreman.4) During dismantling the scaffoldings, the workers must wear harness and be equipped with tool bag. The workersshall not hold the steel tube and wrenches simultaneously .The tools shall be kept in the tool bag after use.5).The procedure for
、dismantling scaffoldings: From the top to the bottom, opposite to the sequence of erection. Thegeneral sequence for dismantling: guardrails scaffolding planks cross bracings runner bearer postpassed onto the ground couplers removing dismantled parts stacking and storing as per the specifications.6)
、Someoneshall be appointedfor monitoringthe dismantlingwork for structuralform of scaffoldings .Thecrewmembersshallacknowledgedwiththeirrespectivegivendutiesand work underunitedinstruction .Theworkingpostsplatform shall be with enough space7) It is not allowed to dismantle a vertical platform from 2
、different points or from 2 different lift heights at the same time .Do not move to the next one until the last one has been completely dismantled. If the dismantling is being done at 2 different positions of the scaffolding system, the height different shall be within 2 lift heights so that the stab
、ility ofthe structural form will not be destroyed.8) The wall fasteners shall be dismantled along with the scaffoldings lift by lift. It is not allowed to dismantle the wall fasteners of the whole lift before dismantling the scaffoldings. When the dismantling of scaffoldings has come to the height o
、f last post remaining (Approximately 6.5m), the wall fasteners shall be dismantled when temporary bracings have been erected and strengthened at suitable locations.9) The dismantling work of long post or runner (bearer) shall be done by two workers in case any undesirable incident occurs10) The work
、ers cannot sit on the scaffolding platform being dismantled or any unsafe place during taking the break. Horseplay is also strictly forbidden during dismantling the scaffoldings.11).The dismantled post or any component part shall not be thrown causally .Instead, the dismantled parts shall be dropped down with being tied to the solid rope and stacked as per their categories.12).The workers can be permitted to leave the workplace only when it has been confirmed by appointed personnel that this workplace is free from any potential hazard.
