13、選為VV3*25+1*16mm2。電纜用鋼纜架空于室外自然地面4.0米高處，由總配電箱引至分配電箱用電導線截面為316+110 mm2，再由分配電箱引至各開關箱。依據電流計算值選現場總配電箱的總漏電保護開關，其整定電流值為300A，保護脫扣為過流和漏電復式脫扣，漏電保護為30mA/0.1s脫扣值。各分路漏電保護開關的整定電流值為40A。暫設及現場照明的漏電保護開關的整定電流值為20A五、配電系統布置和安裝1、系統形式選擇本工程采用380V供電。根據施工現場各用電設備的位置、數量及現場情況，由農電配電箱直接引入總配電箱再到各分配電箱。 2、線路敷設配電干線除由總配電箱引出的場區照明支路和移動配電

14、箱外，均采用五芯橡皮絕緣線纜敷設。移動配電箱和各支路均采用500伏VV橡皮絕緣電纜線。3、電氣裝置選擇（1）總配電箱及分配電箱均設總自動開關及分路自動空氣開關或刀閘開關，用電設備處工作電流大于20A用自動空氣開關。自動空氣開關選用NM1、NB1系列的相應型號，刀閘開關用HK型。（2）每臺用電設備均有各自專用的開關箱，實行“一機一閘一漏一箱”制。（3）照明和動力合用一配電箱，但照明與動力分路設置，每一個配電箱照明部位安裝一個兩級漏電保護器和刀閘開關。4、配電系統的保護裝置（1）整個系統采用TN-S三相五線制保護接零系統。在總配電箱處及分箱處做重復接地，接地電阻小于10歐姆。所有用電設備及配電箱均

15、做保護接零。（2）采用保護接零的同時還需設置漏電保護器，實行配電箱、分配電箱、開關箱三級配電兩級保護。5、電器設備的設置應符合以下要求（1）同一級電箱內，動力和照明線路分路設置，照明線路宜接在動力開關上側。（2）開關箱由分配電箱配電，開關箱內設一機一閘漏電，嚴禁一閘多用。（3）分配電箱與開關箱的距離不得超過30m，開關箱與其控制的用電設備的水平距離不得超過3m。（4）配電箱、開關箱應裝設在干燥通風及常溫的場所，周圍應有足夠二人同時工作的空間，周圍不得堆放任何有礙操作、維修的物品。（5）配電箱、開關箱安裝要端正、牢固。配電箱裝設在堅固的支架上。固定式配電箱其下皮與地面垂直距離為1.4m，移動配電

16、箱下皮距地面為1.2m。配電箱體用1.5mm鐵板制作。配電箱、開關箱中導線的進線口設在箱體底面，進出線口處加護套，要求各箱進出線排列整齊，電源線和引出線都注明每條線路的名稱和走向。（6）配電箱、開關箱內的工作零線，通過接線端子板連接，并與保護零線端子板分設，配電箱的外殼均作保護接零。每臺配電箱由DZ型短路器作總控，下設漏電保護器，各設工作零和保護零接線端，完全達到三相五線制要求，每臺固定配電箱都有獨立的重復接地線與箱內保護零相接，重復接地電阻值都不得大于10歐姆。6、室內配線（1）室內配線必須使用絕緣導線，采穿管敷設，距地面高度不小于2.5M。（2）室內配線所用導線截面不小于2.5mm2，銅線

17、截面不小于1.5mm2。（3）室內燈具不得低于2.4M，如低于2.4M必須使用安全電壓。（4）室內各處接頭必須用分線盒保護好。（5）場區照明采用1000W碘鎢燈，照明燈距地3.0m，開關采用防水拉線開關。設備電機等金屬外殼保護接零。7、室外配電箱（1）配電箱周圍應足夠兩人同行的空間。不得堆放任何妨礙操作，維修物品。不得有灌木、雜草。（2）配電箱內的工作零線應能過接線端子板的連接應與保護零線端子板分設。（3）配電箱內的連接線采用絕緣導線，接頭不得松動，不得有外露帶電部位。配電箱的下底與地面的垂直距離為1.4M，移動式配電箱下底與地面的垂直距離為0.8M。8、未盡事項按建筑電器安裝圖集及現行規范施

18、工。六、安全及電器防火措施1、本工地的施工用電嚴格按照建設部施工現場臨時用電安全技術規范（JGJ462005），建筑施工安全檢查標準（JGJ5999）和當地用電安全規范。2、臨時用電組織設計及變更時，必須履行“編制、審核、批準”程序，由電氣工程技術人員組織編制，經相關部門審核及具有法人資格企業的技術負責人批準后實施。變更用電組織設計時應補充有關圖紙資料。3、臨時用電工程必須經編制、審核、批準部門和使用單位共同驗收，合格后方可投入使用。4、作業電工必須是持證電工，并嚴格遵守現場的各項安全管理規章制度。5、現場電工必須嚴格遵守“操作規程”、“安裝規程”。維修電器設備時，應切斷電源，驗明線路無電并掛

19、“嚴禁合閘，有人工作”的標識牌或專人看守。其分配電箱用電機具開關箱安裝好后應立即做好編號標識工作。所有用電機具操作開關必須一機一閘一漏一箱安裝，嚴禁用四芯電纜外加一條作五芯線使用，而其中的黃/綠雙色線只能作機具的保護零線使用。6、一切用電機具運到現場后，必須由電工檢驗其絕緣電阻及檢查電器附件是否完整無損，固定用電設備其絕緣電阻應大于0.5M，I類手持電動機具不小于2 M，II類不小于7 M。用電設備的金屬外殼必須有可靠的接地保護，使用手持電動工具應使用安全電壓。7、運行中的漏電開關必須每天進行檢查，使用中發生跳閘，必須查明原因，才能重新合閘送電。發現漏電開關損壞或失靈必須立即更換，嚴禁電工自行

20、維修，嚴禁在漏電開關撤出或失靈狀態下運行。8、配電箱內開關電器、控制電器、保護電器必須完好無損，可動部分靈活可靠。箱內電器接線整齊，無外露導電部分，進出線必須從箱底進出。非電纜線路應加塑料護套保護線路進出位置。線路兩端嚴禁用插頭連接使用，電源線嚴禁搭接在保險絲上，線路不得掛搭衣服。大功率1000W以上燈具下方不得堆放易燃易爆物品。在施工現場配電房和主要分配電箱范圍內應配備足夠的電氣防火器材。9、與施工現場相臨的外電線路和設備必須采取防護措施或嚴密封閉。10、施工照明要設專用回路漏電開關，其金屬外殼必須作接零保護，室內線路及燈具安裝高度低于2.5m要使用36V及以下安全電壓。潮濕作業場所其照明電

21、壓不得大于12V。11、建立健全電器防火檢查制度，安全教育制度，維護、檢查、測試制度，購置的設備必須符合相應的國家標準、專業標準、和安全標準。執行專人專機負責制，定期檢查、維修。施工現場臨時用電每周檢查一次（漏電保護器每月測試一次），發現問題，及時整改。七、建立健全臨時用電技術檔案1、 必須建立施工現場臨時用電技術檔案，應由主管現場的電器技術人員負責其建立與管理工作。2、施工現場不僅要有臨時用電施工組織設計，而且應做好以下資料記錄：（1）修改臨時用電施工組織設計的資料（2）技術交底資料（3）臨時用電工程檢查驗收表（4）電器設備的試驗、檢驗憑單和記錄（5）接地電阻測定記錄表（6）定期檢（復）查表

22、（7）電工維修工作記錄八、事故應急預案電氣事故應急預案是施工現場臨時用電組織設計的重要一環，直接關系到企業榮譽和員工的生命安危及社會的穩定。因此，應根據施工現場的特點指定相應的應急預案，有效及時地進行事故處理，防止事故擴大。 1、發現有人觸電，現場有關人員應立即報告現場負責人及事故應急救援組組長；同時，盡快使觸電者脫離電源；然后根據觸電者的具體癥狀進行對癥施救；采取有效措施防止事故擴大和保護現場。2、脫離電源的基本方法有：（1）將出事附近電源開關刀拉掉，或將電源插頭拔掉以切斷電源。（2）用干燥的絕緣木棒、竹竿、布帶等物將電源線從觸電者身上拔離或者將觸電者拔離電源。（3）必要時可用絕緣工具（如帶

23、有絕緣柄的電工鉗、木柄斧頭以及鋤頭）切斷電源線。（4）救護人可戴上手套或在手上包纏干燥的衣服、圍巾、帽子等絕緣物品拖拽觸電者，使之脫離電源。（5）如果觸電者由于痙攣手指緊握導線或導線纏繞在身上，救護人可先用干燥的木板塞進觸電者身下，使其與地絕緣來隔斷入地電流，然后再采取相應的辦法把電源切斷。（6）如果觸電者觸及段落在地上的帶電高壓導線，且尚未確證線路無電之前，救護人員不可進入斷線落地點810m的范圍內，以防跨步電壓觸電。觸電者脫離帶電導線后應迅速將其帶至810m以外立即開始觸電急救。只有在確證線路已經無電，才可在觸電者離開觸電導線后就地急救。3、在使觸電者脫離電源時應注意的事項：（1）未采取絕

24、緣措施前，救護人不得直接觸及觸電者的皮膚和潮濕的衣服。（2）嚴禁救護人員直接用手推、拉和觸摸觸電者；救護人不得采用金屬或其他絕緣性能差的物體（如潮濕的木棒、布帶等）作為救護工具。（3）在拉拽觸電者脫離電源的過程中，救護人宜用單手操作，這樣對救護人員比較安全。（4）當觸電者處于高位時，應采取措施預防觸電者在脫離電源后墜地摔傷或摔死（電擊二次傷害）。（5）夜間發生觸電事故時，應考慮切斷電源后的臨時照明問題，以利救護。項目要保證工程質量，由分管副總經理、項目技術負責人和安檢部組成的質量安全體系，專人負責施工質量、現場監督和檢測及核驗記錄，并認真做好施工記錄和隱蔽工程驗收簽證記錄of third ge
