6、面防水采用自防水與附加防水相結合,砼為 C30、P6，另加 2mm 厚 911 非焦油聚氨醋防水涂料防水層。屋面總面積約900m2。二、編制依據：1、屋面工程質量驗收規范GB502072002。2、廣東省標準施工技術規程DBJ151959。3、廣東省住宅工程質量通病防治措施二十條。4、廣州市建設工程質量通病防治措施。三、施工部署：1、材料準備：按照施工面積計算防水材料及配套材料用量,一次進場到位,防水材料采用科順牌非焦油聚氨酯涂料（911）,材料進場后及時報審，經監理見證取樣，合格后方可用于本工程。2、現場準備：1、將屋面防水基層進行全面檢查，工作面要清掃干凈，對有油污處必須清洗干凈，并檢查底

12、小型攪拌桶、小型油漆桶、塑料刮板、金屬刮板、界紙刀、鏟刀等。4、技術準備：屋面工程施工前，應進行圖紙會審，掌握構造要求、節點做法及有關技術要求，確定涂刷的遍數和每遍涂刷的用量，安排合理的施工順序，對施工班組進行技術交底。四、工藝流程：基層清理找平層施工節點附加增加層處理涂料攪拌第一遍涂刷干固重復涂刷涂料至設計厚度檢查、修整保護層施工隔熱層施工五、具體施工方法1、基面處理：施工前將驗收合格的基層清理干凈，將松散砂漿及砼剔鑿用水沖洗干凈。2、刷素水泥漿一道，水泥漿要現配現用，隨即抹20 厚 1：3 水泥砂漿找平層。3、測定基層干燥程度，符合要求涂刷基層處理劑，不符合要求不得施工。4、節點附加增強施

18、層涂刷成膜涂層采用分遍涂刷成膜，涂抹要盡量均勻，不能有局部沉積，并要求反復涂刷幾次使涂料與基層之間不留氣泡、黏結嚴密。下一遍涂刷涂料時，應待上一層涂料干固成膜后方要進行，涂層干固時間約812h，每遍涂刷的方向應與前一遍相垂直。a）、板面與立壁轉角位涂膜搭接板面凸出立壁部分的涂抹應先用瀝青油氈紙覆蓋后再用低強度水泥砂漿作臨時性保護，待立壁涂膜施工前將其鑿去，清理干凈涂膜后，再按節點處理方法將涂膜搭接轉上立壁。b）、平整干燥的基層上均勻刮涂第一聚氨酯涂層厚度為1。c）、待第一道聚氨酯涂層固化以后，再按與第一層相垂直的方向涂刮第二道聚氨酯涂層。d）、完成后聚氨酯涂膜的厚度2mm。6、保護層施工：涂膜

19、防水層經監理驗收合格后，即可進行細石砼保護層施工，先在防水層表面鋪一層0.15 厚塑料薄膜做隔離層,按照6m*6m 進行彈線分隔,固定好分隔條,然后按照排水坡度進行沖筋,根據甲方通知放好 6200 雙向鋼筋網片，注意鋼筋在分隔條處斷開，鋼筋網片盡可能偏向上部，用墊塊調整。然后澆灌C20 細石砼，注意不得用機械振搗，以免破壞防水層，表面原漿壓光。沿女兒墻周邊25cm留設一條分隔縫，分隔縫寬度為20mm。7、隔熱磚施工：待保護層初凝，取出分隔條，待保護層達到一定ndoverallleadershipresponsibilityforsafety.AdministrativeDeputyiswit

24、suedbythecompa ny,developingrulesandregulationsforcoalproduction,i nstitutionalizationan 4強度（1.2MPa），嵌填防水油膏，在保護層上用1：2.5 水泥砂漿坐砌隔熱磚。隔熱磚距女兒墻內邊不少于250。六、注意事項：1、基層表面應清潔光滑平整，無滲漏，無積水，嚴禁帶水、帶泥施工。平整度用 2M 直尺檢查，最大空隙不應大于5mm，不得有空鼓、開裂及起砂、脫皮等缺陷，空隙只允許平緩。陰角處應做成直徑 50mm的圓角。陽角處應做成直徑 10mm 圓角，角度應為135o，其邊長不小于 12cm。2、如基層為混泥土

25、結構而且不平整，可進行局部修補整平，然后滿刮一道 HQB 高分子防水劑，將氣孔、小孔堵塞平整。不得在特別潮濕、不通風的環境下施工，否則會影響成膜質量。4、基層應堅實，平整光滑，均勻一致，無空鼓、凹坑以及掉皮起砂等現象。5、涂層分多次進行，力求均勻，切不可出現漏涂現象，一定要待前一次涂的材料成膜，方可進行下一次涂刷工作，前后兩次間隔時間具體視氣溫高低、空氣濕度大小而定，涂刷方向要垂直，直到防水層達到 2mm 為止。七、產品保護：1、涂膜完成后，不得隨意刻劃涂膜表面，不得持任何硬物在涂膜上拖行，不得堆放重物、硬物。2、當立壁涂膜采用水泥漿保護層則要在最后一遍涂膜固化前，撒上一層干砂，以利于增強與水
