1、第十節 總圖工程施工方案Section 10 Civil engineering Construction plan一、總體施工順序General construction procedure總體施工順序主要遵循先地下、后地上，能同時則同時施工的原則進行。以管道工程作為施工順序控制重點，路基工程依條件、氣候等因素適時安排，依次施工。總體施工順序如下圖：基底、基礎處理施工測量放線下管、接管、固定管槽開挖回填路基施工路面、路緣石施工檢查井施工閉水試驗其他附屬工程施工竣工驗收The general order of the construction shall be conducted in the
2、 principle of underground works first, aboveground works second, both at the same time if possible. Piping works will be the key point of the construction procedure. Roadbed works will be arranged subject to conditions and weather and done one by one. The general order of the construction is as foll

4、and road construction1、原地面清理Clearance of original ground采用平地機、推土機等機械進行原地面清理，表土用裝載機、自卸車運至棄土場堆放。Machineries like road grader and bulldozer shall be employed to clear the original ground. Surface soil will be transported to a waste area with loaders, dumpers.2、管道施工Piping construction（1）根據測量放線位置，采用挖掘機開挖
5、管槽，開挖土方堆放于管槽兩側（回填備用），槽底用人工清理至設計高程；管道入槽用吊車吊入。Based on the measurement and setting out point, pipe trench will be excavated with excavators with the earthworks on the two sides of trench (ready for backfilling). The bottom of the trench will be cleared manually to the designed elevation. Pipes shall b
6、e put into trench with crane. （2）檢查井采用人工砌筑，在管道施工時穿插進行。檢查井先施做基礎，管道就位后再將管道含入砌筑。Manholes brickwork shall be laid manually and done in turn along with piping construction. Footing of manholes shall be finished first before bricklaying after pipes are put in place.（3）管道回填用人工機動夯(蛙式打夯機)夯實。Pipe backfilling
7、will be compacted with manual motor driven rammer (frog rammer).3、路基施工Roadbed construction管道施工完成后，采用機械施工路基，分段依次進行。After the completion of piping construction, roadbed will be built with machinery section by section.4、路面結構層施工Structural course construction of pavement（1）穿插在道路施工后進行，路面結構層二灰砂礫混合料采用集中廠拌法拌
8、和，瀝青路面基層、瀝青面層混合料均采用攤鋪機攤鋪；防腐蝕路面用滾涂錕或噴涂槍涂抹。Structural course construction will be conducted upon the completion of road construction. Mixed fly ash/cement ash and gravel for structural course of payment will be plant-mixed collectively. Mixed aggregates of base course of asphalt payment and asphalt su
9、rface will be paved with spreaders. Anti-corrosion pavement will be coated with roller or spraying gun. （2）路緣石采用人工砌筑，與路面結構層交叉進行施工。Curbstones will be laid manually and done in turn along with the structural course of pavement.5、人行道預制砼塊鋪筑施工Pavement construction of prefabricated concrete blocks to pede
10、strian sidewalk（1）彩色方磚用人工鋪砌，人行道水泥混凝土基層驗收合格后，方可進行預制砼塊鋪筑。鋪筑完成后，用粗砂進行填縫，然后在預制砼塊面潑水，使灌縫料下沉，再灌料補足。Colored square blocks will be paved manually. The paving of prefabricated concrete blocks can not be started until cement concrete base course is accepted qualified. After paving, joint shall be filled with
11、coarse sand and the prefabricated concrete blocks shall be watered to sink filling material until joint with full filling material.（2）檢查井周圍及彎道等不規則部位，采用機械切磚鋪砌。Irregular parts around manholes and curved roads shall be paved with machinery-cut bricks.6、花崗巖石板鋪貼Granite paving（1）分割石材及控制線石材鋪貼Cutting and pa
12、ving of stones as per control-line根據設計圖紙鋪設分格石材，要求位置準確無誤，再在分格內拉十字控制線，縱橫各鋪貼一行，作為大面鋪貼的標筋用。依據試拼時的編號以十字控制線的交點開始密縫鋪貼。Dividing stones shall be paved in accurate position according to the drawing. Cross control lines in divided area may be set next. One line of longitudinal and one line of transverse granit
13、e will be paved as the guide for large mass of paving. Paving will be started in close joints from crossing point of cross control line based on code number of pilot paving.（2）石板鋪貼：人工鋪貼，施工方法同室內花崗巖。Stone veneering: The works shall be done manually in the same way as the paving of indoor granite.（3）灌縫
14、：分格石材與中心的石材之間留置的8mm的分格縫采取干石灰粗砂封縫。Joint grouting: The 8mm dividing joint between dividing stones and central stones will be grouted with dry cement and coarse sand.三、綠化主施工Main construction of landscaping1、栽植小型喬木Planting of small-sized arbor trees施工現場確認工程計劃、施工圖審查起苗栽植位置確認搬運挖樹坑種植養護驗收、確認成活栽植小型喬木流程圖Site i
