11、采取的措施不當(dāng)，極易出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量隱患或造成質(zhì)量事故。本文就此闡述冬季施工的準(zhǔn)備及冬季施工的主要技術(shù)和質(zhì)量控制措施。 一、冬季施工的準(zhǔn)備工作 1、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備： 施工技術(shù)方案(措施)的制定，必須以確保施工質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)安全為前提，應(yīng)具有以下內(nèi)容： 冬季施工的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)安排和部署；施工材料進(jìn)場計(jì)劃；勞動力計(jì)劃；熱源、設(shè)備計(jì)劃和部署；冬季施工人員培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃；工程質(zhì)量的控制要點(diǎn)；冬季安全生產(chǎn)的要點(diǎn)。 2、生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備： 根據(jù)制定的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排好施工任務(wù)及現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備工作。如現(xiàn)場供水管道的保溫防凍，攪拌機(jī)棚的保溫，場地的整平及臨時(shí)道路的設(shè)置，裝修工程的門窗洞口封閉及保溫。 3、資源準(zhǔn)備： 根據(jù)制定的計(jì)劃，組織好外加劑材料、保溫

12、材料、施工儀表(測溫劑)、職工勞動保護(hù)用品等的準(zhǔn)備工作。做好原材料的檢驗(yàn)復(fù)試及材料的配合比。 4、人員教育培訓(xùn)準(zhǔn)備： 冬季施工前必須進(jìn)行人員培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容為：國家和地方有關(guān)冬季施工規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)定；有關(guān)冬季施工的基本理論知識及施工方法。同時(shí)，進(jìn)行冬季施工前的技術(shù)交底工作。 二、冬季施工技術(shù)簡介 1、土方工程： 施工時(shí)，盡量做到快挖快填，以防止地基受凍。基坑槽內(nèi)，應(yīng)做好排水措施，防止產(chǎn)生積水。開挖好的基坑底部應(yīng)采取必要的保溫措施，如保留腳泥或鋪設(shè)草包。 2、樁基工程： 施工前，應(yīng)編制專項(xiàng)施工方案和技術(shù)措施。樁基礎(chǔ)的軸線引出的距離應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加，以免在打樁時(shí)受凍土硬殼層的影響。預(yù)制樁的混凝土的強(qiáng)度應(yīng)達(dá)

13、到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的70%，方可起吊；達(dá)到強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的100%，方可運(yùn)輸和打樁。 3、鋼筋工程： 鋼筋負(fù)溫冷拉時(shí)，可采用控制應(yīng)力法或控制冷拉率方法。鋼筋負(fù)溫焊接時(shí)，施工人員必須持有焊工上崗證，才可上崗操作。鋼筋負(fù)溫閃光對焊，宜采用預(yù)熱閃光焊或閃光預(yù)熱閃光焊工藝。 4、混凝土工程： 冬季施工的混凝土宜選用硅酸鹽水泥或普通硅酸鹽水泥，水泥標(biāo)號不宜低于32.5，每立方米混凝土中的水泥用量不宜少于300kg，水灰比不應(yīng)大于0.6，并加入早強(qiáng)劑。必要時(shí)，應(yīng)加入防凍劑。 5、砌體工程： 水泥宜采用普通硅酸鹽水泥，標(biāo)號為32.5R，水泥不得受潮結(jié)塊。在砌筑前，應(yīng)清除表面污物、冰雪等。遭水浸后凍結(jié)的磚和砌塊不得

14、使用。砌筑應(yīng)采用“三一砌筑法”。 6、裝飾工程： 裝飾抹灰工程時(shí)，正溫下，先搶外粉飾，最低氣溫低于0后，內(nèi)粉飾前應(yīng)封閉門窗，配好玻璃。可采用室內(nèi)加熱法。 油漆、涂料工程時(shí)，應(yīng)在采暖條件下進(jìn)行，室內(nèi)溫度保持均衡，不得突然變化。室內(nèi)相對濕度不大于80%，以防止產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水。 7、地面工程： 室內(nèi)地面找平層、面層施工時(shí)，應(yīng)將門窗通道口進(jìn)行遮蓋保溫，確保在室內(nèi)溫度為5以上的條件下進(jìn)行施工。室外部分預(yù)計(jì)三天溫度在0左右時(shí)，水泥砂漿應(yīng)摻1%2%的鹽水溶液攪拌，并有可靠的防凍保暖措施。 8、屋面工程： 屋面工程的冬季施工，應(yīng)選擇無風(fēng)晴朗天氣進(jìn)行，充分利用日照條件提高面層溫度。在迎風(fēng)面，宜設(shè)置活動的擋風(fēng)裝置。施

15、工前，應(yīng)將基層上面的積雪，冰雪和雜物清掃干凈。 三、冬季施工質(zhì)量控制措施 1、鋼筋工程施工過程中的控制重點(diǎn) 冬季鋼筋施工最主要的是鋼筋的焊接。鋼筋焊接前，必須根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐氖┕l件、氣溫狀況進(jìn)行試焊。在使用焊條或焊劑時(shí)，要按說明書的要求，對焊條或焊劑進(jìn)行烘焙，干燥后再使用。 2、混凝土工程施工過程中質(zhì)量控制重點(diǎn) 控制好原材料的加熱溫度。在施工過程中，要確定原材料的加熱溫度，做好加熱措施，定時(shí)進(jìn)行溫度測量，保證加熱溫度達(dá)到要求。控制好混凝土的入模溫度。一般不應(yīng)低于2，溫度過低，則容易造成新澆混凝土冷卻過快，而影響混凝土早期強(qiáng)度增長。做好試塊的留置工作。加強(qiáng)成品的養(yǎng)護(hù)。 3、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工過程中的控制

16、重點(diǎn) 一般情況下，高強(qiáng)螺栓產(chǎn)品說明書中扭矩系數(shù)是常溫下的標(biāo)定值，在負(fù)溫下要重新標(biāo)定。否則，仍按說明書給的值控制，有可能使螺栓產(chǎn)生的拉應(yīng)力不足，降低結(jié)構(gòu)的安全度。 冬季進(jìn)行負(fù)溫焊接前，要對焊工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，掌握負(fù)溫下的焊接規(guī)律，并按說明書的要求對焊條進(jìn)行烘焙。 四、冬季施工應(yīng)注意的安全問題 1、冬季施工時(shí)，要采取防滑措施。 2、施工現(xiàn)場及臨時(shí)工棚內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁用明火取暖。 3、電氣設(shè)備，開關(guān)箱應(yīng)有防護(hù)罩，通電導(dǎo)線要整理架空，電線包布應(yīng)進(jìn)行全面檢查，務(wù)必保持良好的絕緣效果。 4、腳手架、腳手板有冰雪積留時(shí)，施工前應(yīng)清除干凈，有坡度的跳板應(yīng)釘防滑條或鋪草包，并隨時(shí)檢查架體有無松動及下沉現(xiàn)象，以便及時(shí)處理。 5
