2、設計單位：勘察單位：監理單位：施工單位：二、施工現場條件該場地地形基本較平坦，除工程南側為已建的農居點外，附近無其它原有建筑物和構筑物，工程北側為已建綠化帶，南側為在建的天荷路，西側為已建雨荷路，場地周圍較空闊。三、編制依據施工組織設計和安全生產管理專項方案巖土工程勘察報告QTZ63C（5510）塔式起重機使用說明書建筑地基基礎設計規范建筑樁基礎技術規范砼結構設計規范四、塔吊的選用和布置1、塔吊選擇：根據現場條件和地下室結構以及上部幢號平面分布情況，決定安裝4臺QTZ63（5510）型塔式起重機。塔機最大安裝高度：1#、2#塔機最大獨立自由高度為68米，3#、4#塔機最大獨立自由高度為54米。

6、157.52kNm；3、承臺彎矩及單樁樁頂豎向力的計算 3.1. 樁頂豎向力的計算依據建筑樁技術規范（JGJ94-2008）的第條，在實際情況中x、y軸是隨機變化的，所以取最不利情況計算。Nik=(Fk+Gk)/nMykxi/xj2Mxkyi/yj2；其中 n單樁個數，n=4； Fk作用于樁基承臺頂面的豎向力標準值，Fk=510.80kN； Gk樁基承臺的自重標準值：Gk=25BcBcHc=254.504.501.35=683.44kN； Mxk,Myk承臺底面的彎矩標準值，取2157.52kNm； xi,yi單樁相對承臺中心軸的XY方向距離a/20.5=2.05m； Nik單樁樁頂豎向力標準

7、值；經計算得到單樁樁頂豎向力標準值 最大壓力：Nkmax=(510.80+683.44)/4+2157.522.05/(22.052)=714.63kN。最小壓力：Nkmin=(510.80+683.44)/4-2157.522.05/(22.052)=-227.51kN。3.2. 承臺彎矩的計算依據建筑樁技術規范（JGJ94-2008）的第條。 Mx = Niyi My = Nixi其中 Mx,My計算截面處XY方向的彎矩設計值； xi,yi單樁相對承臺中心軸的XY方向距離取a/2-B/2=0.20m； Ni1扣除承臺自重的單樁樁頂豎向力設計值，Ni1=1.2(Nkmax-Gk/4)=784
