4、工程質量與現場安全檢查，杜絕安全事故，做好防火、防盜工作，確保施工安全和質量。f) 計劃及材料管理員職責：負責工程進度計劃，工程日志和工程相關文件資料的編制，整理歸檔，以及在工程在施工中增加的項目，上報公司。三、施工材料組織安排根據本次防水工程施工的要求，我公司對本工程的施工作如下組織安排：此項工程所需主要原料：l 采用道康靈中性防水密封膠。l 基層防水材料采用GDR防水涂料。l 主防水層采用XQY聚丙烯卷材。l 面層采用聚氨酯高分子防水樹脂。購料渠道及原材料的專項功能： 為了確保材料按時、按質、按量供應、必須與施工進度緊密配合，我公司和中澳防水生產廠家長年合作，所有原材料屬直接配送。四、 施

5、工方案及主要技術措施經現場勘察，貴公司彩鋼瓦屋面漏水屬于原有防水密封膠老化起裂、脫縫。以及年久未進行維修養護，屋頂排水天溝腐蝕銹穿，因此出現眾多漏水部位。綜合上訴原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先將彩鋼屋面渣物進行全面清理轉運。2、屋頂排水天溝渣物及淤泥全面清理轉運。3、對清理后的排水天溝涂刷環氧富鋅防銹漆進行防銹處理。4、對所有的彩鋼瓦接縫老化的防水膠使用專用工具進行全面割除。5、清理后的彩鋼瓦及排水天溝接縫處使用“美國道康靈”中性防水密封膠全面密封。6、然后在整個彩鋼瓦屋面滿鋪XQY聚丙烯卷材卷材施工程序及方法： 6.1平屋面檐口、檐溝、天溝等找平層坡度必須符合設計要求。 6.2找平層與立面

6、結構的結合處（女兒墻、煙囪、通氣孔、變形縫、天窗壁等）均應做成圓角。 6.3天溝的縱向坡度不宜小于5%，內排水的水落口周圍應做成略底的凹坑。 6.4膠粘劑選用XQY膠與水泥混合的水泥膠漿注意已制膠容器及工具必須干凈，制成膠內不允許有硬性顆粒和雜質。XQY膠、水、水泥體積比是2：4：10，先把XQY膠放入準備好的容器內，用攪拌器邊攪拌邊加水（水溫5-50），水加完后攪拌至XQY膠全部溶解，再邊攪拌邊加水泥，加完水泥攪拌至均勻無凝塊、無沉淀即可使用。制成的膠粘劑應在四小時內用完。6.5卷材施工應注意事項： （1）水泥膠涂刷后應隨即鋪貼卷材，防止時間過長膠中的水分散失，影響粘結質量。 （2）涂水泥膠

7、時，要在卷材的搭接處涂滿，保證接縫粘接質量。 （3）敷設卷材時，必須保證搭接寬度，長邊為100mm，短邊為150mm，相鄰短邊接縫應錯開排列。附加層接縫必須與防水層接縫錯開0.3m以上的距離。 （4）刮板排氣粘實的同時應注意檢查卷材下有無硬性顆粒及其它物質將卷材墊起，如有應取出重新粘貼。 （5）卷材應平整粘貼于找平層上，不得有打皺現象。如打皺無法糾正，應斷開按接縫處理。 （6）用XQY膠與水泥混合接縫膠時，將粘的接上層卷材向上彎曲，用毛刷向上、下兩個面涂接縫膠并滿涂。涂膠厚度為0.5-.0.8mm，邊刷邊壓合，也可接縫與卷材粘貼同時進行，壓合后再涂刷一層膠粘劑封好接縫邊緣，封邊膠涂刷厚度0.8

8、-1.00mm，涂刷寬度從卷材邊緣向兩邊各延伸30mm（注意：接縫的兩個面涂膠厚度要均勻一致，不能有露底現象，粘合后應詳細檢查有無打皺、翹邊、空鼓現象，不合格處應及時處理）。 7、防護層的施工與操作： 7.1防護層施工四級防水層面要用XQY膠與水泥混合的膠粘劑作防護層，防護層分兩次刷成，涂刷厚度為1mm，兩次刷向應垂直。三級防水層面要用1：2.5-1：3水泥砂漿作防護層，二級防水層面可在水泥砂漿內加入10%的UEA膨脹劑，防護層施工時可留分格縫，分格縫為半縫，分格面積為1，分格縫可用聚氨酯、乳化瀝青等補強。防護層分兩次抹成，抹完第一層直接抹第二層，第一層與第二層接裝必須錯開，相錯距離200mm

9、. 7.2防護層抹完后表面應平整、光滑、潔凈、不應有脫皮、起皺或嚴重裂縫現象，防護層要求抹平壓光并進行養護，以達到設計強度。 - 7.3防護層養護結束，竣工前應將層面上所有剩余材料及建筑垃圾清理干凈。 7.4補強層施工時排水集中部位、復雜部位按圖紙做好補強。補強材料可用聚氨酯、瑪蹄脂、改性瀝青等，補強施工應在防護層養護期后進行，防護層含水量低于9%時方可補強施工。補強面積從補強部位邊緣自外延伸200mm，補強厚度為3-7mm，可根據材料確定。 五、 工期保證措施l 編制好施工組織、人事計劃，待合同簽訂施工人員能快速、準時進場。l 預先編制好材料進場計劃，保障材料按時、保質、保量供應。l 實行獎

10、罰分明的問責制度。l 各施工班組密切配合做好交叉施工工作。l 本項工程按 15天工期安排，預留 3 天提前量。六、 質量保證措施l 甲、乙雙方成立質檢小組，根據國家建筑工程驗收的標準對工程進行分期分批中間抽查、驗收，做到無返工，確保高質量、高安全。l 決不偷工減料，工藝施工到位，嚴格按“操作規程”施工。七、質量承諾“聚氨酯”防水涂料創研于澳大利亞巴斯夫技術，技術配方均由德高公司提供，產品質量完全符合中國國家無毒害產品標準。具有優越的耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐酸堿性、耐高溫、防低寒、防腐、防老化力強，使用壽命可保持十年。“道康寧”995硅酮結構密封膠以592毫升腸狀鋁箔保證道康寧995硅酮結構密封膠實

11、際上并不受陽光、雨水風雪和極度高低溫的影響。它獨一無二的耐候性使它即使暴露在惡劣天氣條件下，若完全固化后，依然保持本質不變。接口的原始設計性能不會因老化和暴露在大氣中而產生顯著的變化，密封膠仍維持耐水和耐候特性。固化后的密封膠在-40的低溫和+150的高溫范圍內，仍保持彈性，而不會脆化、龜裂或被撕裂。“XQY聚丙烯卷材” 拉伸強度高，拉伸強度一般都在3MPa以上，最高的拉伸強度可達10Mpa左右，可以滿足卷材在搬運、施工和應用的實際需要。斷裂伸長率大斷裂伸長率一般都在200以上，最高可達500左右，可以適應結構伸縮或開裂變形的需要。 抗撕裂強度高，抗撕裂強度一般在20KN/m以上，抗裂性能優異
