1、立敦電子彩鋼廠房防水維修（PVC卷材）施工方案 成都宇華建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日經現場勘察，貴公司彩鋼瓦屋面漏水屬于原有防水密封膠老化起裂、脫縫。以及年久未進行維修養護，屋頂排水天溝腐蝕銹穿，因此出現眾多漏水部位。綜合上訴原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先將彩鋼屋面渣物進行全面清理轉運。2、屋頂排水天溝渣物及淤泥全面清理轉運。3、對清理后的排水天溝涂刷環氧富鋅防銹漆進行防銹處理。4、對所有的彩鋼瓦接縫老化的防水膠使用專用工具進行全面割除。5、清理后的彩鋼及排水天溝接縫處使用“美國道康靈”中性防水密封膠全面密封。6、接縫處理完畢后在整個屋頂彩鋼瓦上滿鋪PVC防水卷材。PVC防水卷材施

3、要應用于屋面防水層的大面和天溝使用)。（三）系統配件機械固定專用墊片（熱度）PVC防水卷材專用膠粘劑抗拔釘金屬壓條三、施工工藝流程PVC鏟除隔氣層鋪設保溫層翻面（設計確定）安裝隔離層（無紡布）鋪設防水層鋪設和機械固定熱風焊接細部和收口處理檢查、驗收四、施工1、清理基面，表面的油污、雜物等其它建筑垃圾全部清掃干凈。基面符合施工條件后，彈線定位。2、將防水卷材空鋪就位,防水卷材的預留搭接寬度為100mm。3、為了減少焊接縫,防水卷材根據現場情況采取橫鋪。4、防水卷材搭接一般為上板壓下板,使外部的水順接槎向下流，不會在焊縫處積聚，形成滲水隱患。5、周邊防水卷材收口處用雙排固定件固定，固定點距檐口10

4、0mm，固定點的間距為200mm，最后用200mm寬的PVC焊條熱風焊接在壓條上面加以覆蓋。屋面橫向每10m設固定件固定，最后用200mm寬的PVC焊條熱風焊接在壓條上面加以覆蓋。鋪設PVC卷材時，縱向每隔2米用固定件固定，間距為200mm，搭接處采用熱風焊接。PVC卷材遇立面處用膠水滿粘，并用鋁合金壓條固定，射釘間距為200mm，最后滿涂聚氨酯密封膏。6、PVC防水卷材按上述方法鋪設完畢后，可以進行焊接工作。焊接防水卷材:將防水卷材的搭接處擦拭干凈，采用熱風焊接機焊接防水卷材搭接縫。根據材料選定溫度和速度,焊接時焊接邊緣應有漿液溢出，呈亮色，不可出現燒焦現象。防水卷材鋪設時拉伸宜松不宜緊。7

5、、防水卷材破損后的修補：用手動熱風焊槍將修補用的防水卷材焊接在被修部位及外延50mm處即可。8、手工焊縫的施工及加強：手工焊縫時，焊嘴與焊接方向呈45-50度角，壓輥與焊嘴平行并保持大約5mm的距離。焊接邊緣應有溶漿溢出，呈亮色，不應出現燒焦現象。焊接時從一端開始，邊焊接邊排除空氣。焊接后及時用手壓輥按順序滾壓一遍，接縫處不允許有氣泡、皺折存在。拐角等部位均需要用PVC焊條進行加強處理。9、雨篦子處的PVC施工方法：先按照雨水口的尺寸把PVC裁剪成條狀，并用焊槍焊接成雨水口的形狀，長度約伸入雨水口20cm，然后放入雨水口，上端用熱風焊槍焊接在PVC卷材上，局部用PVC條進行加強處理。機械固定系
