5、丨The process of land reclamation by sea in the past 40 years in Shenzhen根據(jù) 2004 年深圳市政府常務(wù)會(huì)議通過(guò)的深圳市海洋功能區(qū)劃規(guī)定,2005 年至 2010 年圍海造地區(qū)包括沙井、寶安、機(jī)場(chǎng)、前海等填海區(qū),用海面積 34.65 平方公里。截止到 2013 年,深圳建市以來(lái)填海造地至少達(dá)到 69 平方公里。從 2016 年至2025 年填海造陸面積共計(jì) 50 平方公里。According to the Regulations on marine functional zoning of Shenzhen adopted
6、 by the executive meeting of Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2004,the reclamation areas from 2005 to 2010 include Shajing,Baoan,airport,Qianhai and other reclamation areas,with a sea area of 34.65 square kilometers.By 2013,Shenzhen has reclaimed at least 69 square kilometers since its establishment

10、未開發(fā)狀態(tài),未來(lái)規(guī)劃的填海面積仍在增加。40 年來(lái),深圳向大海要空間、要發(fā)展,今天,我們致敬歷史,致敬崢嶸歲月。40 years ago,Shenzhen just started the reform and opening up and set up a special economic zone.Of the 254 km coastline of Shenzhen,only 40 km of coastline remain undeveloped.The planned reclamation area is still increasing in the future.Over t

24、gn Background30Shenzhen Mangrove Museum基地分析 Site Analysis山海連廊補(bǔ)上生態(tài)、質(zhì)樸的一抹藍(lán)和綠。在深圳大規(guī)模填海造陸之前,山海連廊的構(gòu)成是山-村落-魚塘-紅樹林濕地-灘涂-大海,城市化之后,基圍魚塘已經(jīng)完全消失,紅樹林也消失殆盡,保護(hù)區(qū)只保留了 60%的紅樹面積。方案為現(xiàn)代的人民提供了歷史的視角,恢復(fù)了填海造陸之前場(chǎng)地的本來(lái)面貌。致敬歷史-尋找那個(gè)純真、質(zhì)樸、生態(tài)的深圳Salute to the history,looking for the pure,simple and ecological ShenzhenIn the history

137、設(shè)計(jì) 1.方案概念紅樹林濕地博物館,它不僅僅作為一座建筑而存在,更代表深圳這座城市在歷經(jīng)四十年高速發(fā)展之后,對(duì)于自然、城市與人三者之間關(guān)系的重新審視與思考。深圳經(jīng)過(guò)多年的填海造陸工程之后,原來(lái)的基圍魚塘作為傳統(tǒng)的漁業(yè)養(yǎng)殖形式已經(jīng)完全消失,城市建筑覆蓋了原有的自然通廊。而如今紅樹林博物館的誕生,自然的生命力將會(huì)重新從城市中萌發(fā),它會(huì)成為連接深圳灣濱海岸線及山海連廊的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),也使整個(gè)片區(qū)形成更完整的綠色生態(tài)及公共文化系統(tǒng)。博物館選址于地鐵車輛段的上蓋。在這樣一個(gè)典型的大尺度人造工程之上,如何還原自然生態(tài)的意向與體驗(yàn),如何創(chuàng)造一處全天候的公共空間,是設(shè)計(jì)面臨的首要挑戰(zhàn)。紅樹林給予了我們最直接的設(shè)計(jì)
138、靈感,采取一種漂浮而非覆蓋的方式成為我們實(shí)現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo)的選擇。2.功能空間我們將基地內(nèi) 1.5m 厚的覆土進(jìn)行荷載等代,將經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾泥沙后的紅樹林海水與水質(zhì)凈化廠的再生水進(jìn)行混合后引入場(chǎng)地,再將紅樹與濕地景觀系統(tǒng)同時(shí)引入,從而創(chuàng)造一個(gè)可以自由進(jìn)入的開放濕地,再現(xiàn)自然的同時(shí)形成獨(dú)特的體驗(yàn)性場(chǎng)所。淺淺的水面和圓形的小島形成了公共空間的基底,水面可以如同潮汐的海面一般呈現(xiàn)不同的高度變化,結(jié)合豐富植被和景觀元素創(chuàng)造出多樣化的場(chǎng)所。不同的島嶼之上組織不同的建筑功能:涵蓋教育、培訓(xùn)、餐飲、會(huì)議交流以及服務(wù)配套等等,不同主題特色的小島之間有環(huán)形的棧道相連,漫游期間也成為一種別樣的體驗(yàn)。這種底層全部開放成為公園的
139、設(shè)計(jì)形成了屬于市民的全天候的公共空間,同時(shí)建立起城市與自然的積極連接。采用原車輛段柱網(wǎng)條件,形成兩種尺寸的柱網(wǎng)空間,粗細(xì)不一的柱子如同紅樹林的枝干一般,塑造出多種尺度的室外空間感受。博物館二層“漂浮“形成連綿的“樹冠“形態(tài),并通過(guò)對(duì)邊界進(jìn)行切割,使之呈現(xiàn)對(duì)城市與自然的退讓姿態(tài)。而連續(xù)的二層體量也為底部的公共空間提供了更高的舒適性,是對(duì)亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候和環(huán)境友好策略的積極回應(yīng)。二層共分布著九個(gè)展廳,每個(gè)展廳均可自由塑造紅樹林展陳主題。主要的室內(nèi)公共空間均面向紅樹林與深圳灣設(shè)置。具有最佳的景觀視野。無(wú)論在首層還是二層,人們都可以通過(guò)坡道到達(dá)屋面,在海天一色之間遠(yuǎn)眺紅樹林濕地。屋頂采用了曲面復(fù)合鋼框架

147、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)4.1 各層衛(wèi)生間、茶水間按換氣次數(shù)的要求設(shè)機(jī)械通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。4.2 文印室、庫(kù)房等設(shè)置機(jī)械通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。5.防排煙系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)5.1 所有無(wú)可開外窗的疏散樓梯、消防前室及合用前室等,均設(shè)置機(jī)械加壓送風(fēng)。5.2 除利用開窗進(jìn)行自然排煙的房間外,下列場(chǎng)所均設(shè)置機(jī)械排煙系統(tǒng):1)面積超過(guò) 100m2,且經(jīng)常有人停留或可燃物較多的地上無(wú)窗房間或設(shè)固定窗的房間。2)無(wú)直接自然通風(fēng),且長(zhǎng)度超過(guò) 20m 的內(nèi)走道或雖有直接自然通風(fēng),但長(zhǎng)度超過(guò) 60m 的內(nèi)走道。5.3 消防控制原則 1)當(dāng)某層發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí),該層煙(溫)感器向消防控制系統(tǒng)輸出報(bào)警信號(hào),不需確認(rèn),由該中心自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)開啟相應(yīng)的排煙口、送風(fēng)口或加壓送風(fēng)

177、等標(biāo) 準(zhǔn)的有關(guān)規(guī)定。4.動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)4.1 在變壓器房?jī)?nèi)安裝兩組 10kV 環(huán)網(wǎng)柜,饋電單元分別用 10kV 高壓電纜接至每一臺(tái)變壓器。高壓系統(tǒng)以放射式向各臺(tái)變壓 器供電。4.2 變壓器低壓側(cè)采用單母線分段結(jié)線型式,兩臺(tái)變壓器平時(shí)分列運(yùn)行,當(dāng)一臺(tái)變壓器發(fā)生故障時(shí),應(yīng)切除部份二三級(jí)負(fù)荷,由另一臺(tái)負(fù)擔(dān)全部一級(jí)及部份二級(jí)負(fù)荷供電,以保證重要負(fù)荷供電,故障排除后恢復(fù)常態(tài)。應(yīng)急母線段由低壓母線和應(yīng)急發(fā)電電源 自動(dòng)切換供電,切換裝置設(shè)電氣及機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖。正常供電進(jìn)線開關(guān)與低壓配電柜聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)設(shè)電氣及機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖,任何情況下只能接通其 中的一個(gè)開關(guān)。切除非重要負(fù)荷及母聯(lián)切換采用手動(dòng)操作。4.3 本工程建議采用三相環(huán)氧樹脂
178、絶緣 Dyn11 接線方式的干式變壓器,變壓器防護(hù)外殼為不低于 IP20。4.4 從 10/0.4kV 變壓器低壓側(cè),采用密集型密封式母線槽引低壓電源至低壓配電屏。所有配電屏將采用組合抽屜式低壓配電屏,每一組低壓配電屏都設(shè)有自動(dòng)電容補(bǔ)償裝置,以保證低壓側(cè)功率因數(shù)在 0.9 或以上。4.5 本工程內(nèi)之低壓配電系統(tǒng)為 TN-S 380/220V,從主配電屏采用密集型密封式母線排或電纜經(jīng)電纜橋架或托盤架布線至各分 配電房及機(jī)電房,消防負(fù)荷例如消防電梯,消防水泵等,采用雙回路供電,末端切換,其中一路電源取自應(yīng)急母線段。供電方式為 樹干與放射式相結(jié)合。4.6 線路及敷設(shè)方式 消防設(shè)備供電干線及分支干線,
179、全部采用礦物絕緣電纜,分支末端線路采用耐火電纜。非消防負(fù)荷,采用阻燃電纜,這些電纜 4.7 在發(fā)電機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)設(shè)置一個(gè)儲(chǔ)油間,儲(chǔ)備不超過(guò) 1 m燃油,足夠發(fā)電機(jī)組全載下運(yùn)行 38 小時(shí)之用。發(fā)電機(jī)煙囪經(jīng)過(guò)煙處理 后于環(huán)評(píng)報(bào)告建議位置排放。4.8 本工程設(shè)置漏電火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng),在所有的二級(jí)配電箱進(jìn)線處設(shè)剩余電流監(jiān)測(cè),當(dāng)剩余電流大于設(shè)定值時(shí)(300mA,具體數(shù) 值可以調(diào)整),發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)同時(shí)向主機(jī)報(bào)警(主機(jī)設(shè)于消防控制室),報(bào)警主機(jī)顯示報(bào)警位置。5.防雷接地系統(tǒng)5.1 本工程按二級(jí)防雷建筑進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。接閃帶應(yīng)裝設(shè)在建筑物易受雷擊的屋角、屋脊、女兒墻及屋檐等部位,并應(yīng)在整個(gè)屋面 上裝設(shè)不大于 10ml0m 或
180、 12m8m 的網(wǎng)格。接引至建筑鋼材,天面上所有金屬對(duì)象均應(yīng)與接閃帶焊接。5.2 利用柱內(nèi)兩根大于 16)主鋼筋作為引下線。5.3 本建筑物做總等電位聯(lián)結(jié),進(jìn)入建筑物的各種線路及管道采用埋地引入。幷在入口端將電纜的金屬外皮,鋼管與接地裝置 連接。在室外地坪-0.8 米處表面預(yù)埋 100X100X10 鋼板和引下線相連。所有進(jìn)出管線應(yīng)與該鋼板連接。5.4 從首層起,每隔三層利用每層圈梁內(nèi)兩根鋼筋(不小于全長(zhǎng)通焊。做均壓環(huán),并與引下線可靠連接。30m 及以上部 份外墻上的金屬欄桿、金屬門窗或金屬幕墻等較大的金屬構(gòu)件與防雷裝置聯(lián)結(jié)。5.5 引下線在距室外地坪 0.3 米處,柱表面,預(yù)埋 100X10
181、0X10 鋼板,柱中引下線可利用預(yù)埋鋼板和人工接地體相連。人工垂直接地體頂端距地 0.8 米,間距不小于 5 米。水平連接線連接在垂直接地體頂端。5.6 建筑物內(nèi)高壓系統(tǒng)、低壓系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)、電話系統(tǒng)及弱電系統(tǒng)采用聯(lián)合接地系統(tǒng),接地電阻不大于 1 歐姆。5.7 其他防雷措施:防直擊雷措施、防感應(yīng)雷措施、防雷電波侵入措施、防雷電電磁脈沖措施。6.火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警及消防聯(lián)動(dòng)系統(tǒng) 6.1 設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù) 根據(jù)方案設(shè)計(jì)文件、建設(shè)單位提供的建筑場(chǎng)地周圍市政地下管線數(shù)據(jù)、建筑師提供的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、其它相關(guān)專業(yè)提供的數(shù)據(jù)、和 IEC62599 等相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。6.2 消防電源和配電(1)本項(xiàng)目消防電源負(fù)荷等
182、級(jí)為 一 級(jí),消防控制室、消防水泵、消防電梯、防排煙風(fēng)機(jī)等消防設(shè)備用電由兩個(gè)電源供電,且在最末端一級(jí)配電箱自動(dòng)切換。(2)備用消防電源采用柴油發(fā)電機(jī),供電時(shí)間和容量應(yīng)滿足本項(xiàng)目火災(zāi)延續(xù)時(shí)間內(nèi)各消防用電設(shè)備的要求。(3)消防設(shè)備的供電配電箱獨(dú)立設(shè)置,消防用電設(shè)備采用專用的供電回路,其配電設(shè)備設(shè)明顯標(biāo)志。(4)消防配電線路按滿足火災(zāi)時(shí)連續(xù)供電的需要進(jìn)行敷設(shè)。消防配電線路與其他配電線路分別布置在同一電纜井、溝內(nèi)的兩 側(cè),且消防配電線路采用礦物絕緣類不燃電纜電纜,控制電纜采用低煙無(wú)鹵阻燃耐火電纜(電線)。(5)系統(tǒng)雷電防護(hù)等級(jí)按 B 級(jí)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在線路穿越不同防雷保護(hù)區(qū)處裝設(shè)電涌保護(hù)器。6.3 火災(zāi)自
183、動(dòng)報(bào)警和消防聯(lián)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)(1)系統(tǒng)形式暫定為集中報(bào)警系統(tǒng),消防控制室與值班室共用,設(shè)于二層。消防控制室內(nèi)設(shè)火災(zāi)報(bào)警控制器、消防聯(lián)動(dòng)控制 器、消防控制室圖形顯示裝置、消防專用電話總機(jī)、消防應(yīng)急廣播控制裝置、消防電源監(jiān)控器等設(shè)備或具有相應(yīng)功能的組合設(shè)備。消防控制室應(yīng)能接受火災(zāi)報(bào)警、發(fā)出火災(zāi)信號(hào)和安全疏散指令,聯(lián)動(dòng)消防水泵、滅火裝置、非消防電源斷電、防火卷簾、防排煙裝 置、電梯等設(shè)施。并顯示、記錄各種報(bào)警及聯(lián)動(dòng)狀態(tài)。消防泵、防排煙風(fēng)機(jī)除自動(dòng)控制外,尚可在綜合手動(dòng)控制臺(tái)上手動(dòng)控制(通 過(guò)硬線控制電纜)。(2)按火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警規(guī)范在不同場(chǎng)所設(shè)置感煙、感溫探測(cè)器或它們的組合;高度超過(guò) 12m 的中庭設(shè)置紅外對(duì)射
